• Great beds. Nice room. Updated and clean.
• Everything was great.

“I arrived late at night, and the streets leading in were a little bit confusing. But the hotel is located where you can see it, even if you can't get to it. The hotel is very nice for a 3-star. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. refrigerator and microwave, free internet, nice sitting area. In all this was one of the most pleasant Priceline experiences I have had. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

• Newly remodeled; big room; nice beds; friendly staff.
• Second floor laundry room was icky. Two washers, one filled w/water and out of order.

“Friendly staff, good for women travelers because of the good shopping malls around. The parking lot is open which maybe unsafe and it is not family friendly. No space for children to play in. it is not very clean . they need to improve on their cleanness and housekeeping service. Other wise it is located at a good location.”

• Room was surprisingly remodeled.
• Lobby beer bar and clientele.

“Bad location and not in the area of Richmond that we know as the west end. Clientele was low moderate travelers and bar atmosphere in lobby was definitely not what we expected.”

“The hotel was ideal location for our needs to visit VCU for a graduation. Close to the main streets and interstate. Hotel was noisy at times with groups. Small front desk area. Minimal outside area. Pool located at front drive area not inviting.”

• Rooms were recently renovated. Colors, patterns, fixtures and special element were well planned.
• Location was convenient to highway, but not within walking distance of any attractions.
