  • Loved the location on the Colorado river.
  • If wanting to see other sights this hotel was located at the far end.

  • I like the stores, food and the roll over beds.
  • The hours of the pool should be longer than

  • Price & location.
  • Both double beds had lumpy mattresses.

“Better than we expected. Got an excellent room rate price from priceline.com ($24 per night) & the facilities were great. Only issue was with the beds. They were lumpy. We did bring that to the attention of the manager after checking out & we were told the room we had was an older room & they are in the process of replacing that mattresses in those rooms. We could have mentioned that earlier during our stay we were told & they would have been replaced on the spot. So our concerns were met promptly & professionally & I would suspect that if a customer had other issues they would be met the same way. We will definitely come back to this hotel.”

  • The hotel service was wonderful and the people were very friendly.

“Great area, they had a private beach, water taxi. The rooms were nice and lots of room. Comfortable beds. Free valet was staying overnight. Buffet was great. It was a good place to stay, affordable, very clean and friendly”

  • Non smoking casino area - allowed us to walk to our room smoke-free.
  • First room had funny smell. Switched to a new room which still had slight odor.

“We'd traveled through Laughlin a few times, and found most of the casinos to be similar to Reno, large and smoky, with some upscale touches. We were very pleasantly surprised when Harrahs not only met but exceeded our needs with a very nice room, reached through the non-smoking section of the casino. The pool areas were beautiful, and the location was excellent. Overall, a very nice stay!”

  • Beach to river, gaming table service.
  • No public boat ramp, buffet checker rude.

“I come to Laughing to play during the day in the water and leisure at night, my first stay at Harrah's would rather stay closer to the public launch ramp next time.”

  • The beds were very comfortable.
  • Walking through the casino was awful due to smoke.

“Clean, not luxurious, but surprisingly comfortable. Nice to have fast food options in the hotel for the kids, but very Smokey (although our smoke-free room was very comfortable). They definitely skimped on toiletries such as shampoo (no shower cap, mouthwash, etc)”

  • It was very clean and comfortable.
  • The elevators are very slow and had long lines waiting to get on at all times and the pool hours are short.

“Overall, i would definitely stay again as it was clean and hospitality was great but the pool hours are short and the hot tub wasn't working while we where there.”

  • They comped a lot of our charges including reducing total below your charge.
  • No microwave available.

“Considering their financial problems, the hotel staff were very good, friendly, etc. Prices in shops, restaurants high (not surprising.)I'm wondering if we will get a rebate on your charges since they reduced them on their end.”

  • Convenient to the parking space we had.
  • No extra chairs in the room and no table.

“I did not feel special at all. I thought Harrah's would be a special place to stay. I did not feel like it was any better than my own bedroom.”

  • Room was spacious, bed comfortable; plasma TV was terrific.
  • Air conditioning in room was poor. Reported it, but they only offered me a smoking room. Not impressed.
