• Tremendous service. Helpful, friendly staff.

“The hotel was tremendous in that:1. The room was clean and they promptly provided us a third foldout bed upon request.2. We were returning from a fishing trip and they placed our personal items in their staff freezer for the evening.3. They made an excellent recommendation for a restaurant, then drove us there at no cost and provided us with a coupon for a free dessert.4. They picked us up at the nearby casino at no cost.5. They picked us up and returned us to the hotal at no cost.6. The staff was genuinely helpful and friendly.6. The price was unbeatable.7. You could not possibly ask for more from the hotel, especially based on the low rate. I would provide the highest recommendation possible. I am used to crap service living in the US, so I was shocked at how helpful they were.”

• Good shuttle service 24 hours a day.
• Bedding was old but clean.

• No swimming pool.

“The hotel was very well maintained. Receptionist and staff was very friendly. Great place to stay over a few nights, however, there is not much to do at the hotel.”

• Good service.
• No free parking, no free breakfast, which should be normally included.

“Convenient to access the airport. Other than that, it is a basic level hotel. No free parking, which is out of my expectation.”

“No where near a 3 star hotel. There was a superior north wing that might have been why it got the rating but that wasn't the wing the room was in.”

• Was excellent for our connecting flight the next day. Shuttle was great.

“The hotel provided us with close and easy access to the airport for connecting flight .The shuttle to and from the airport is easy and very accessible with service on the hour and half hour. The restaurant is more than adequate and a nice pub with great food as well.”

Can be noisy depending on room location. Expensive rates for buying movies. Helpful personnel. Clean rooms.”

• Staff was helpful. Restaurant was good. Room was clean.
• Room was very small. Parking was extra and in non-secure area.

“The room was extremely small, but clean - for a short stay it was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had concerns about the overnight parking, but it worked out fine.”

• Internet access was wireless and included in the price of the room.
• There was a charge for parking which is not secured.

“A good choice for regular travel. While close to busy roadways and on the flight path of the International Airport it is more than adequately soundproofed. Hudson's Landing, the pub next door provides excellent take out food.”
