• Loved the king size bed!
• Doesn't look that great from outside.

• Location, free internet in room,free parking, exterior restaurant terrace.
• Restaurant too expensive.

“It served our purpose fine, breakfast is expensive at the restaurant $8.95, we got cheaper elsewhere $3.99 for bacon and eggs with toast and coffee. We dined there the night we arrived only cause we were tired. This place is at a 5 minute walk to the falls. Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. We would stay at this place again.”

• Comfortable, easy access to things Entertainment good.
• Menu expensive just for breakfast. If cheaper prices more people would dine in.

• It was apparently recently upgraded by the modern decor. The personnel were very nice and accommodating.
• Please see my short review of the hotel.

“We spend very little time in a hotel room when traveling so our expectations are rather minimal. The room was very nice but, they must have recently shampooed the carpet because the strong odor from the cleaner lingered in the room. We had to keep the balcony door opened, but still got headaches. The balcony door locke was broken off, when we addressed it with the desk staff, they said the drop down bar would locke the door, Unfortunately the drop down bar was not secured to the wall and could have been easily bent. There is not fan in the bathroom making it inconvenient for drying off etc. We ask the front desk person for directions to a particular establishment, he gave us completely wrong directions on the opposite side of the city. Lastly, on our last day, when I opened the curtain by sliding the pull bar the entire curtain - beams and all- came crashing down, including some plaster. We immediately told the front desk so that they would not withhold our extra security deposit or think that we went wild in the room. We plan to contact the corporate office of Holiday Inn to express our experience to them.”

• Was looking forward to laying out but outdoor pool was drained.

• The hotel is in a good location (2-3 blocks from the Falls) and has a decent bar and lounge on site.
• The staff could have been friendlier.

“Our stay was severely tarnished when the morning after we arrived there was no hot water. Maintenance had to come up to confirm there was no hot water. When we tried to get a new room so we can shower and enjoy our only full day in Niagara Falls. I have never been to a hotel that didn't have hot water. An hour after we called we had hot water. Other than this nightmare of a morning, we had a good time. The bed was a bit hard but my girlfriend liked it. The balcony was nice. The location was good - pretty much walking distance to all the places we went.”

“Our room across from was elevator in a hallway that had all foot traffic from front of hotel to back anyone with heels or who talked at elevator sounded like they were in our room The patio door opened to a dumpster and beside that was a drive way to a parking lot. Parking was at a minimum people parked and went to casino who were not hotel patrons. The bed was hard and we heard everyone walking by we checked out by 9 am.”
