• Location.

• Good location.
• No hot water!!

“No Hot water and they had no other room available. We took cold showers for 3 days. I will use priceline again becasue of prior experience. I will never stay at the Radisson again!”

“A used wash cloth was left in the bathroom and the shampoo was half used. The cleanliness of this hotel left a lot to be desired.”

• The lady in the lobby bar was nice, the room was okay.
• I expected a lounge-Lucy's which is no longer there--and internet said it was. That was main reason for wanting this hotel.

“I was not happy with this experience. We were put in a room with a king and we wanted two double beds. When they changed us to two double--which was nice of them-we lost the refrigerator, microwave and flat screen TV. We were going to have some drinks and listen to music in the lounge that was mentioned on the web site, but that lounge is no longer open--now they just have a lobby bar--not as much fun.The room was fine and the beds were comfortable, but for being a 3 and a half star it is no better than 2 star for me.”

• Was in the middle of warehouses on bad side of town.

“Only good thing about this motel was it was right off of I35W. Otherwise it was in a bad part of town in the middle of warehouses. The rooms were old, the air conditioner barely kept the room cook, they kept running out of wash rags, and the halls were very dingy. I was not impressed at all. This should barely be rated a 2 star hotel at best.”
