• We went for the orange bowl and one staff member organized a shuttle for us, very valuable.

“The hotel staff was very attentive, one person in particular organized shuttles for about 20 of us to take us to dolphin stadium and back for the orange bowl. I highly recommend this hotel for future stays, also close to Miami airport.”

• Convinient, neat and tidy.

“Hotel was great. The staff was good and responding although I felt lack of warmth from them. After I returned back and checked my credit card statement I see that I have been charged by the hotel for both rooms I booked. I disputed and they agreeded to revert back.”

• Housekeeping staff could not speak English at all. They only spoke in Spanish which we didn't understand.
