“Away from south beach, the area was great for what we were looking for. First class accommodations in a great location.”

“Our overall experience was really good. Our room was really nice with a view of the city and partial view of the ocean. The room was cleaned nicely everyday. Hotel staff was helpful and bilingual. A very family friendly hotel - not a top priority for us since it was just my husband and I, but this is a big part of the atmosphere there.”

“I believe that this hotel was a great place for a honeymoon. The staff was friendly. The only thing I could think of that would need attention, is the cleaning ladies gathered around our room and spoke very loudly in the hall. I woke up several times and had to ask them to keep their voices down. Another thing was, there was construction above my room. Other than that everything else was awesome!”

“The hotel and resort was nicely located in North Miami Beach. The area felt safe and many stores & restaurants were conveniently located within walking distance of the resort. The beaches and resort itself was really nice and well kept. We only had one problem and it was the Air Conditioner in the room. We called the front desk and were told maintenance would come check on it, but no one ever did. However, I still would recommend this place for a family or just a quick getaway.”

“Okay for the price, had problems getting fresh towels everyday. AC system leaked through ceiling and caused paint to fall on floor everyday.”

“This was a very nice hotel - right on the beach, with many amenities. Some additional costs that I was not expecting - a resort fee of $10.00 per day and parking fee of either $10.00 or $15.00 per day (neither mentioned anywhere)but the value was still good for something right on the beach. Overall, I would stay there again.”

“Nice grounds and on the beach. Rooms need updating, but had MW and fridge as well as coffee maker. Also had table and chairs. Higher floor facing the ocean would have been better.”

“The room was clean and comfortable, view was okay for last minute. There were things to do Bingo, sports etc all organized, great pool and tiki bar as well as cool beach area. Everything was right there, so you didn't have to leave. Easy to get to by highway and water. I will keep it in mind next time I am in the area.”

“Reception and bell staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assist. Buffet breakfast good value and the pier seafood bar had great fresh seafood. Mall across the street with Marshall's and restaurants in close walking distance. We would definitely stay again.”

“This hotel lobby gives you an impression of a decent 3 star property, then when you get off the elevator it's like you stepped into a 2 star property. I have never seen such old, out of date rooms in my life. Parking is a nightmare paying $10 to park in a dangerous area in an open uncovered lot and walking across a busy highway.”

“This hotel is old and it shows. My room was a bit worn around the edges. The hotel staff was also lacking - one day I was left with no towels! Lack of good cable channels was also annoying and the jacuzzi definitely needs an upgrade as does the fitness center.”

“Price was okay for the area it is in. Expect to spend at least an extra $20/day between parking and resort fees. Renovations are going on in the basement of the hotel but did not interfere with the enjoyment of guests. Gratuities are included on every bill you receive therefore seemed like staff, especially restaurant staff, doesn't have much incentive for good service.”

“If you are looking for a peaceful, friendly and a nice hotel, this is definitely not the best destination. They made it the worst vacation ever. Parking ( 10$ per day) which I think is ridiculous.”

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was not clean, and when we arrived the cleaning lady was still in the room. The staff was very unfriendly, and the hotel was dirty. I could not believe it was a 3-star.”

“The rooms and the pool were very dirty. The building was very old. It was a waste of money.”

“I was very pleased overall with my experience. They were out of standard rooms when we checked in. It was very close to shopping and restaurants. The parking was limited you either had to valet or park across a busy street from the hotel. The beach and pool area was beautiful.” Hotel Representatives:
