• The valet service to recuperate our car was very slow.

• Very nice hotel, well situated, convenient to transit, extremely helpful and professional staff.
• Hot tub was out of order and could not be repaired during our stay.

• This hotel was very clean and located near everything.
• The did not discount parking.

“The staff was great and very welcoming. The room was very roomy and the bed was very comfortable, even the roll away bed. It is in a perfect location, a mall in the rear and steps away from every train connection you need. The only draw back was no discounted parking.”

“We have stayed at the Double Tree which is located accross the street and it did not feel like a 4 star but it was rated as one...the Westin was definitely a 4-5 star and the atmosphere was delightful!! What a great vacation for kids and parents. There was a mall just outside the front doors, gas stations on the way, train station a bock away to bring you into NYC, grocery store, starbuck, target and an unbelieveable view of the city!!! Highly recommended!!!”

• Pool warmer than jacquzzi.

• Beautiful hotel with excellent help.
• Still new and some things not working yet.

• The front desk staff was very friendly.
• The bathroom was not spotless, I expected prompt service when I asked for more Coffey and had to call again later in the day because it didn't come.

“My husband and I were not familiar with Jersey City, but the location of the hotel was extremely convenient to the
path train from NYC. The view from our room was mediocre, however we were gone most of the day anyway. The bed was very comfortable and I was very impressed with their efforts to be green. The elevators (centrally located) got jammed when the meetings were let out. Overall a great hotel!”
