• The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was very helpful to our needs.
• The hot water in the shower did not work, but a maintenance worker came quickly and fixed the problem.

“There is a very nice atmosphere in the hotel. You get the feeling of being pampered. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything.”

• Very clean and friendly staff.
• Had a difficult time getting off of 17th St. for valet parking. Very tight area!

“Beautiful hotel. Parking for one night was $30 and tax. Be prepared to tip the valet parker, employee taking luggage into hotel and a third employee taking the luggage to your room. When we got to the room at 6:30, house cleaning was there fluffing the pillows. Great service but it does add up!”

• The location and friendly staff.
• There was no coffee maker in the room, this was disappointing.

“Excellent style and location. We very much enjoyed our stay but were very disappointed to find no coffee maker in the room. This is one of the few hotels we've stayed in without a coffee maker.”

• Excellent restaurant recommendations from concierge.
• Bed was too soft for comfortable sleeping.

• The room was too small, very little room to move around.

• Room decor is nice at first glance, but secend look a bit cheap. Small room.
