• The location was great, close to everything. The casino was a bonus.

“Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good, although the cooking staff was not very friendly.”

• Beautiful so clean and new, very close to west Edmonton mall.
• Pool was not open when we were there.

“Wonderful from the time we pulled up- bell hop at the door to greet us and take our bags. Friendly staff all around. Clean clean clean and new wonderful sized rooms with the nicest bathrooms I've ever had hotel wise. added security as you require your room key to use the elevator. 6 minute drive from the mall and everything else. Will stay again! Disappointed the pool was being serviced but that was the only down fall.”

• Good beds.
• Pay for internet in rooms.

“Hotel was great at a pretty good price. Sadly no free Internet in rooms. Even attached to a casino. There was no smoke smell and it felt safe.”

• Casino was cool, rooms were beautiful, would be nice for a wedding big banquet and meeting rooms.
• Restruant a little too busy.

“It was very close to the west edmonton mall. it was a beautiful stay and we had a great time. We left something in the room and the staff was helpful to retrieve it. will totally go back again!”

• 3 different restaurants on-site - the Casino was small, but adequate.
• You can smoke in the Casino - in about half of the area - disgusting smoke permeated 100% of the Casino floor and about 80% or the restaurant space

“This hotel has an attached Casino. Although small compared to most I've been to (the casino) had everything that you need to gamble your bonus away ;-)I REALLY did not enjoy the presence of disgusting cigarette smoke in the Casino area (which also happens to be the restaurant area as well). Only half the casino floor is labeled as a smoking section... but the cloud of toxins didn't really oblige :-(The room was small then I expected. The bed was very, very soft. The pillows were lovely (very soft/cushy as well), but didn't result in a very comfortable sleep - preference I guess.Very clean room, hotel lobby nice. Staff pleasant and pretty good security (needed room key/card to access elevator). No real outdoor space - just parking lot and smoking benches.Lobby cafe serves Starbucks coffee and snacks.Free parking.”

• Modern and attractive.
• Remote location, not near anything. I did not like their Internet policy that charged $16 for Internet and phone service for 24 hour period.

• Courteous staff. Excellent decor, Excellent safety and cleanliness.
• Wait staff in restaurant very slow.

“A wonderful place to stay. Rooms extremely comfortable and the linens were over the top. The nicest sheets I slept on in a hotel. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only complaint I'd have is poor wait staff in the casino part of the hotel. We waited 20 minutes and the staff completely ignored us even though there was plenty of staff to serve us. We eventually left and ordered room service which was very good and reasonably priced. The main hotel restaurant was good though and had a well stocked buffet. Would stay again.”

• Rooms are very nice, comfy beds and nice linens. Starbucks in lobby.

“This hotel is one of the nicest we've stayed in. Staff is very friendly, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. There is a lot to do there with the casino and several lounges and restaurants. I love having a Starbucks in the lobby. It's close to the West Edmonton Mall, just a short drive and they have a shuttle bus that will take you there and pick you up if desired. There aren't any other business establishments within walking distance, but the sports lounge was a great place for casual dining.”

“A very fun and pleasurable travel experience. The hotel has a wonderful unique appearance; staff is friendly and the room immaculate. With the casino as part of the hotel, dinning, and with the gym and pool there are plenty of fun options for any traveler.

“I have to say that the staff were so excellent, especially with the grandchildren. Everything from breakfast to room service far out exceeded our expectations. A very happy enjoyable stay. We will definitely come back again and agian.”
