• The desk clerk was extremely pleasant, hotel was very clean & in great condition, good coffee in the am & great cookies & punch in the pm!

“From entering in the hotel, checking in, unlocking the door to the room to checking out the room was very pleasant. Bed slept pretty well and the pillows felt good! The condition of the furniture, carpet, walls, and curtains were in great condition and very clean! Thanks!”

• The location for our trip was great.
• The unfriendliness; the inflextibility; the lack of customer service.
  Poor service to keep my words nice.

“The staff need more training on issues of customer service to keep travelers like ourselves coming back. Would we go back , not at this point unless we get a special deal that only a fool would turn down. We were so put out by the front desk lack of customer service I choose not to even engage in conversation about anything extra we may have wanted. I felt like a suspect. Ask for a change of room immediately after inspection of room. Once down in the lobby, to get our key card number changed, overheard desk person call to have security to check room before he re-issued us another room. Then he toss the card at me?”

• Location especially, beautiful and close to many walking opportunities.
• Had to pay extra for daily parking.

“Very nice - felt that the snack shop could have more choices for vegetarians, too much junk food, not enough real food. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay.”
