• The hotel was and room were simply beautiful. It was off on a side road that was very quiet,
• I liked everything about the hotel.

• Overall, it was very nice, clean and quiet.
• The rooms are not that sound proof and there was no refrigerator in the room.

“Overall this hotel was clean and very nice. They have very heavy doors and the walls are paper thin so every time someone else leaves their room you can hear the door slamming. Aside from that very thing was very pleasant.”

• Modern look with an upscale decor.
• Excercise room had only one work out bench.

“New, beautifully decorated, attentive, well staffed, well maintained, smelled clean and new. Floresent lighting in lobby and restuarant felt cold and sterile. Lobby echoed alot. Need to soften lighting and flooring with area rugs or Curtains and put in better lighting.”

• Quiet attractive rooms.
• Patio outside in the back had no tables or chairs to sit and relax.

“What a nice surprise to find this hotel in such a convenient location not far from the huge shopping complex, St. John's Town Center. The room was large and comfortable. Weird french doors in the bathroom, but not a big deal. Anyway, the only problem was we spent more for dinner at Shula's 347 (the in-house restaurant, which was excellent) than we did for the room!! We liked mostly everything about this hotel.”

• I have stayed here before its a great hotel.
• My room smelled funny this time. I dont know what it was but the sheets smelled also.

“The hotel is great. I have stayed her in the past and will everytime I can when I travel. The particular room I had this time had an odor that was odd. The sheets didn't smell fresh and clean.”

• The restaurant was not cozy enough.

“Excellent place to stay. Great location for major highways and also for visits to the immigration office. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. Very tastefully decorated bedrooms and good quality bathroom.”

• Nice bed and TV.
• Breakfast was late.

“Very beautiful hotel. Great bed and sheets. Great flat screen TV. Only gripe was that breakfast was late. We were calling to cancel when someone knocked on the door with lukewarm food.”

• Room was nice.
• Did not have two double beds and no rollaway was available.

“Hotel was nice and clean. Difficult to find, it was in an industrial park and not right off the road.
Tried to get extra blankets and pillows for floor, but they weren't too helpful.”

  very attractive and bed was
  very comfortable,
• We could not get local channels in the room and we contacted the front desk at 5 /service was done at 10 but still didn't work.

“Drink in the bar was very expensive and my cosmos was made with grand Marnier, couldn't even drink it all and was not offered something else, other than that and the problem with not receiving local TV the experience was good. Also didn't have a local paper for sale in the lobby on Sunday morning, which would have been nice.”

• The room was large and clean. The bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows. I liked the flat screen TV and the bathroom was modern and clean.
• The shower head was too low. The room did not have a mini fridge. The lobby was extremely loud with the people in the bar. The maid blocked the hall.

“I was extremely pleased with the overall experience. The price
was outstanding for the quality and location. My bed was so comfy. I was able to get a late check out, but everyday I had to go downstairs and get my room key re-keyed. I also thought the maids were inconsiderate. One morning a maid woke me up when I had a sign on the door to come back. Also, the maid's cart made it difficult to pass in the hallway. It is a new hotel and the decorations and cleanliness of the hotel were very pleasant.”
