“Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was ok, but several things were wrong, including a loud ceiling fan, a television with a mind of its own, and a small pool. A wedding basically consumed the entire hotel during our stay, but we were not inconvenienced by it. The environment around the hotel was excellent. Close to shops, several restaurants, a movie theater, and a short drive to Disney. Overall, a nice hotel, but not exactly what we thought we were bidding on. The refrigerator in the room had no room for anything but what the hotel was offering for sale, which was a minor inconvenience.”

“The Celebration Hotel seems to be well run by a kind and attentive staff. It is a beautiful place set in an idyllic town with restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is a setting most appreciated by couples or families with older children as it has a more mature, sophisticated feel. One may want to rent a car as this hotel is a bit far from the airport and they are phasing out the complimentary shuttle to Epcot. However, their shuttle driver is extremely kind and attentive and was always there (and early) when we needed him.”

“Beautiful hotel and we were given a great view of the lake. The area around the hotel was so inviting with great restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance.”

“The street parking is terrible and the valet is expensive and closes early. The staff was rude and did not explain anything about the hotel, just the check-out policy. The interior of the hotel is worn and uncomfortable - rooms are the same. The apartments across the street are less than desirable.”

“If you want a really warm atmosphere and charming hotel, stay at the Celebration, a truly beautiful boutique hotel located very close to Disney.”

“There is very little parking available on the street, plan on using valet parking for $13/day. Swimming pool was quite small and can become crowded if more than 8 to 10 guest are swimming at a time. Staff was all very friendly and helpful when assistance was needed.”

“Hotel is definitely not a four star. It is not a family oriented hotel. There are a lot of senior citizens, and there is nothing fun for kids to do. They also make you pay $12 per day for silly stuff such as daily shoe shine, and golf balls at the golf range, which most families going there for Disney world, will not need.”

“Celebration hotel was nestled next to a lake in Celebration, and overlooked the town square depending on which side you were on. It was very quiet, and that was very nice. I didn't see a lot of kids running around. The rooms were nicely apportioned, but I expected more of a 4 star hotel. The beds were hard, and some of the furnishings were sub par in my estimation. The bathroom setup was quite nice. Overall, I would say that this hotel is a great place to stay, but not for the price. The parking situation is also a drawback, because they don't have a place for self-parking. You have to literally drive right up to the front door which is a bit strange and then the valet takes your car somewhere. There is no drive through portico; it’s like driving up a drive-way with your car facing two double doors. Strange. There was only one valet attendant, and I didn't see him until the front desk called for him. I also thought the key system in the elevators was a bit hokey. It took me a minute or two just to figure out that I had to leave the key in the elevator for about 2 seconds, and then remove it for the elevator to be activated. By the time I left I had the timing down just fine though. There were many amenities offered at the hotel Hotel Representatives:
