“There were a lot of groups there...reunions, receptions...they were really loud and all over the hotel. They were at the pool area but not using the pool and it was so loud my kids couldn't even hear me call for them when it was time to go. Also they were so loud I couldn't hear what the man at the desk was saying when I was checking in. The reservation was in my name and my fiancé was with me, the man at the desk never asked for ID, and spoke with my fiance the whole time. The room was nice, except the bathtub and sinks were stained, there was no "extras" and I forgot my shampoo and conditioner, and the curtains were covered with mildew. Huge hotel, but not what I was expecting for the price.”

geoff from Fishers,IN “Nice enough, but for a Downtown hotel, the amenities are no better than a Holiday Inn Express, without the free breakfast. Need to update exercise equipment. Good service, clean, and friendly.”

“This hotel did not meet my expectations or past experience. The rooms are old and very tired. I was also given a smoking room and did not ask for one. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“Very nice staff, overall it was good. Liked the free wireless internet and parking. You should go out of hotel to access parking. Parking was rather dark.”

“Nice hotel. The Bennigan's and ballroom are an unexpected surprise for a holiday inn.”

“I read the reviews on the hotel but took a chance and stayed there. The negative reveiws were not true because the hotel was clean with very nice rooms, HBO, and very friendly accomdating staff. I would definitely6 recommend staying there”

“It was nice overall, the lighting in the room could be better. All employees were nice but one old guy, he was rude beyond belief.”

“They never asked me for a credit card, then my phone didn't work, then I couldn't order a movie. I had to go down to the desk, then they told me they needed a credit card. I gave it to them but still no phone or ability to order a movie. I gave up. Room was not stocked as it should have been (used tea bags the first day; they were never replaced.)”

“We enjoyed the large room. The rooms were very clean and appeared to be updated recently. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Some public areas in the hotel were a bit shabby. Parking was secure and convenient. The Bennigan's Restaurant inside the hotel was poorly run, but the hotel probably has no control over that.”

“This hotel does not meet the standards I have come to expect from a Holiday Inn Express or a Holiday Inn hotel.”

“I know this is an older hotel and it was rennovated very nicely. Lobby and entrance are beautiful. Pool area looked very nice. Bedding was very comfortable. Just from the others that I have stayed at in recently the bathroom could use a little attention with grout and splatters on tub. I don't want to be too critical, it served it's purpose, just not fabulous.”

“The room was to be a non smoking room. There was long black hair in the sink, burns on the counter top and mold starting around the tub. This is the second time I have had to have someone come up and clean mold at this hotel. I have tried to pick another location but I keep getting this hotel.”

“It is old and needs to be renovated. The restaurant needs to find more or better help. They have a breakfast buffet and the sign at the door asks you to seat yourself. After picking through the little bit of food on the buffet, I ate my food with never having a server stop by my table. Never was able to get a glass of water or cup of coffee. There were 4 or 5 servers walking around in the dining room. After finishing my plate and waiting for 20 minutes for someone to at least stop by, I gave up and walked out. People at other tables were resorting to chasing down a server walking around in the dining room to get something to drink. I doubt I was the only one who walked out on this place that morning.”

“Stuff all over the tub and had a broken towel rack above the toilet that hung at a huge angle! It just gave you an overall feel of being dirty, especially the bathrooms.”

“Restaurant attached to hotel is bad. Rooms are old and out of date. Needs to sold and become a 1 star motel!” Hotel Representatives:
