• Difficult to find free cable channel to watch basic news.

• The staff was friendly and helpful.
• Pool was not open. Under construction.

“Hotel suited our needs as they were few and we only stayed one night at each end of out trip. They were friendly and helpful. They even got us our room on the way back much earlier than usual. We were back by 8:30am and they had a room ready for us by 10:00am. Thought that was really nice of them. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.”

• The hotel was nicely decorated and the staff was very helpful.
• The outside of the hotel looked run-down.

“The hotel seemed to be newly remodeled. It was pleasantly warming and cozy. It was an excellent location for travelers and the staff was extremely kind and helpful.”

• Modern, clean and quiet.
• Gym equipment was poorly maintained.

“This is a very nice hotel in the final stages of a complete renovation. All the rooms and public areas are new and very modern. The sole negative issue involved the gym: the majority of the equipment was poorly maintained and in a state of disrepair. If staying at MIA, this hotel is recommended.”

• Remodeling made the restaurant experience somewhat lackluster.

• Very expensive breakfast, not complimentary.

“This hotel was nice inside, but had a lot of construction going on the outside. It was much farther from the airport than we thought it would be. The staff was nice, but the breakfast is not complimentary and costs $15 a person. The room was nice.”

• The location was excellent and the shuttle driver was welcoming. The bed was super comfortable!

“The desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The room decoration was pretty and the amenities in the bathroom had a pleasant scent. Staff in elevators and hallways were friendly. My overall stay was excellent.”
