• Bed was
  comfortable.
• Awful location, tiny rooms.

“Nice hotel but rooms are too small, shower/bathroom was not that of a 4-star hotel and the location was absolutely terrible - there were thugs all on the streets. There is no self parking just valet at the hotel, so bank on an extra $23/day. Do not stay here, plus there us nothing safe to do in Miami.”

• It had a beautiful pool, and was within walking distance to food/shopping.
• It was very loud and hard to get to sleep.

“It had a beautiful pool, and was within walking distance to food/shopping. However, It was very loud and hard to get to sleep in the room. It faced a gym where there was a protest and several bars that played loud music until at least 4 am.”

• Good staff clean, nice area.
• To get to hotel had to travel through a rough area.

“Getting to the hotel, late at night was a little scary. Had to go through a rough neighbor hood. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent steak. But late at night there was fighting or wrestling going on in a room on my floor. Loud screaming, furniture or people banging on the walls.”

• Pool.
• Misleading parking arrangement. Valet told us cost was included in room. Front desk clerk shrugged when we told her that, because valet is contract.

“Property met all expectations. Outstanding location with regard to views and entertainment. Top notch pool and exercise areas. Great staff, and rooms were superb.”

• Very clean and secure.
• Parking fee $23 a day.

“Nice hotel, near a nice shopping/dining area. A little out of the way and hard to find from main highway. Parking at $23 a day was an added expense not counted on.”
