“Other than the breakfast the hotel was great.”

“I am not a really picky person so this hotel met my needs. The room we had was at least average on the cleanliness scale. The bed was somewhat hard so we ended up buying a foam pad from Wal-mart since we stayed 4 nights. The free continental breakfast could have been better. Needed more fruit and other options.”

“The hotel was alright it was your price that was a rip off.”

“My first clue was the smell of the room. Sure the room looked okay, I didn't expect fancy but do expect clean. If I could have gotten a refund I would have found another hotel. The coffee maker did not have a decanter so when I asked for one they brought one that did not fit so it was useless. They came to clean the room the next day while we were out but I could not smell disinfectant or cleaner of any kind. We booked three nights but the bed was so hard that we left after only two nights. The sheets were so thin you could see through them. And every time you would go to get a towel the towel bar would fall in the floor. The continental breakfast was awful.”

“Ifeel it was an economy hotel for a clean bed to sleep only.”

“Don't let the outside appearance fool you, nice on the inside.”

“It was dirty and uncomfortable and on the desk when I checked in was a sing saying no refunds for leaving. I should have known I was in for a nightmare.”

“The hotel location is good - quite easily accessible between Gatlinburg and Severville. The amenities were okay. The free continental breakfast is a good value for the price we had paid for the stay.”

“This hotel is conveniently located on the parkway. We were coming for rest and relaxation, did not get it there. Too much traffic, too many lights during the night. Hotel was very clean but would not choose to stay there again.”

“This hotel was great for the price. It was clean. I have a 10 month old in the floor walking around and it was clean enough to where I was comfortable with her playing in the floor. Great breakfast. Staff was friendly and polite. We will stay there again.”

“Hotel was nice for the money. Only gripe was a/c unit was old. Staff was friendly. Close to most attractions. Much less congested than Gaitlynsberg (sp?).”

“Hotel room stinks beyond belief. Old ladies are anything but friendly. Its like a trailer court hotel where everyone sits out on their porch and smokes. What a dump.”

“the hotel is a low budget hard bed having mom and pop dump!!! If you are 80 and want no amenities this is where you need to be you even had to pay for ICE!!!”

“Hotel was pretty nice. Quiet for the area it was in. Not a very good free breakfast.”

“It served the purpose of sleeping in a safe semi clean room.”

“The room was very nice and clean. It had a nice flat screen TV, but it was mounted in a bad place, so it was kind of hard to see from the bed. Great location but our room had a general shared area that we could sit outside in instead of a balcony.”

“Room was clean overall, but it had an unusual smell and red stains on the bathroom wall. We had a room with 2 double beds and a fold out sofa. Literature in the room said they had cribs, but when asked at front desk was told they didn't.”

“Hotel appeared to have large, nice rooms with balconys, we were not afforded that pleasure. Got stuck in a corner room with the pool about 6 feet away, one hard double bed, flat pillows, 2 towels, 2 wash cloths. However, it was clean and in a good location.” Hotel Representatives:
