“I am very disappointed in this stay. You really need to tell people that all the outlets (Restaurants & Bars) were closed.”

• The rooms were very nice and comfortable.
• Lack of security around the parking garage.

• Clean and
  modern.
• Long walk from underground garage to south tower via the ground floor because direct elevators were nonoperational.

“Good location within easy access to all expressways and American Airline Center. Seems to be a conventional hotel.”

• Parking problems, dirty sheets, no TV remote, slow response by staff.

“i plan to never use them again in Dallas. There was no place to park, poor signs and communication, no TV remote and the most filthy sheets you have ever seen. Their staff seemed to be clueless, it took over an hour to get a TV remote and about that long to get clean sheets. Overall it was a very bad experience.”

• Perfect location centrally located downtown on the edge of downtown easy access to highway.
• Still under construction,they do not sell there pepper in any machine or gift shop, non smoking now.

“Has 1800 rooms newly remodeled brand new TV beds, etc very modern theme cozy & perfect for all business needs for my company.”

• The staff was very friendly.
• They were jack hammering in the lobby.

“The Hotel overall was very good. However on the day that I stayed they were jack hammering in the lobby. They also had only one bank of elevators to get to the second floor and to all 3 towers. Other than that I will stay there again because the staff was so friendly. And I will wait until the construction is completed.”
