• Front desk staff friendly, hotel parking ramp is a definate plus! Weight room awesome!
• Elevators broke down, house cleaning staff not helpful & got stuck in stairwells that were all locked

“We had the inoppurtuned moment of getting stuck in between floor levels b/c their power was going out & the elevators were not working. The stairwells only led to locked doors and all emergency exits had beware signs and alarms will sound. Staff was unhelpful as none of them had keys to get us to the lower levels, and led us to more doors that were locked. The first 30 minutes didn't set a very good pace. The parking ramp with skywalkway was very nice considering the rain we encountered. Front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. The pool is open late, which is another great feature. Work out room has lifetime equipment and a set of dumbell free weights & bench, very very nice!”

• Very classy, nice room, clean close to downtown.
• Needed family restaurant or coffee shop.

• Breakfast buffet was disappointing.

“The hotel was great and the view was excellent. The pool and workout room were fun. The lobby was nice but I got the impression that it wasn't okay to sit there. The sheets and pillows were super comfortable”
