• This was a fantastic hotel. It had a laundrymat with free detergent, free internet, gym and luxury room.
• Nothing, I liked everything.

“This was a great place. It is new, had parking right by our door, nice gym, hot tub, pool, laundrymat and convenience store in house. Close to all restaurants nearby.”

• Very nice, neat, and classy.
• It was difficult to get into the drive from the main road the light was very long.

“This was a great hotel. The staff was helpful, and the rooms were amazing. You could tell this was a newer hotel. It was roomy, and very classy. The location was good, except for the long light at the turn. It was a little difficult to find. I expected it to be nearer the exit, but a phone call to the hotel sorted me out. I recommend this hotel highly.”

• The friendliest staff we've ever had and convenient location.
• The noise from the parking lot, looking over Eat n Park restaurant.

“The rooms are spacious, nice contemporary furniture. Comfy beds and down pillows. Rooms are very clean, equipped with mini fridge and coffee maker, free news paper. Very friendly staff, they even keep fresh apples in the lobby for the guests. Good place for reasonable priced breakfasts in the lobby cafe.”

• Convenient for business trip and restaurants.

“Convenient location to Pittsburgh. This hotel was clean, and comfortable. I used the hot tub and heated swimming pool. It was very cold outside when I stayed here and the hot tub and heated pool were great.”

• The location was perfect,restaurants were abundant and in short walking distance.

“The hotel is centrally located,restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of shopping nearby. The hotel staff went out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. The rooms are clean and spacious with new TV's and internet hookup. There is a gym, pool and meeting rooms on the premise.”

• Very nice decorative lighting. Reasonably priced items in store.

“We stayed at several hotels during this trip including another courtyard by Marriott. This one was the best in terms of decor and cleanliness. And the staff clearly explained the cost of items like the breakfast in advance.”

• Hot Tub should be painted different color. Gives appearance water is dirty.

• Modern decor, breakfast.
• Dirty rooms!

“It's unfortunate that our rooms were dirty because this would have been a very good review if not. The first room we went to, the door was already cracked open and one pillowcase still smelled like a woman wearing perfume slept on it. In the second, we went into the bathroom and noticed the soap and shampoo from the previous guests were still in the shower. When I lifted the toilet cover, the seat had spots of urine all over it! Our third room was finally clean. The girl at the front desk was very appologetic and accomodating. It's a shame that a nice and new hotel is being ruined by a terrible cleaning staff.”

• Personable staff, completely beautiful room.

“My husband and I were completely amazed at how beautiful the hotel was. We were impressed with the service and the accommodations. We definitely got more than expected. This was the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in. We've stayed in higher hotels that weren't as great as this Courtyard Marriott was.”
