• Location and access to San Destin resort.
• Used harsh smelling cleaning fluids - Reeked like a $20.00 motel.

“It met the Marriott basics for appearance, decor,and comfort. One pathetic computer workstation in the business center was inadequate.”

• Not directly on the beach.

• Clean, Friendly.
• Room service is not available and we could not get a continental breakfast.

“For the type of Hotel and star rating I was overall disappointed with the service for the price. Reason being: The curtains in our room were ripped in several places, room service was NOT an option, there was long black hair on the back of the bathroom door that no one bothered to clean, no Continental breakfast was offered.”

• I enjoyed the hot tub,the staff was very friendly, I enjoyed the tram to the beach.
• My first room had an army of ants in the window and the bed. So we had to be moved to another room.

• Nothing pleasant to say about hotel. Very disappointed!
• Bed was not presentable (dirty and unclean)

“I was very disappointed with our bed. The sheets had dried blood on the. The mattress was filthy. The curtains had noticeable holes in them. Very disappointed!”

• The room was decent.
• I did not like that they charged $2.50 for the bottle of water in the bedroom.

“The refrigerator was tiny. I did not like the excessive price of the bottled water, especially since my children opened it before I had a chance to read the small print on the tag. The other places we could go on the property were okay, but extremely expensive. It was nice to have the beach close by, but it was extremely crowded. The day we checked out, we went to a state beach several miles down the road and there was hardly any crowd at all which made the beach experience much nicer. Overall, when I go down to that area again I will get a less expensive room down the road and go to the state beach. The exclusiveness (and crowded conditions) definitely were not worth the cost and if we had gone to the Hampton Inn our breakfast would have been included instead of an additional charge.”

• Friendly staff, great location. The lobby was pretty & rooms were cozy.
• Breakfast was expensive & not worth the $$.

“Would definitely stay again. The location was great, it was a block away from Applebee's, PF Chang's, Publics & a variety of retail stores. The hotel was very clean & quiet. The staff was friendly and gave us a coupon for free entree at PF Chang's Thanks!”

• Upscale look, comfort and
  cleanliness.

“Hotel was in close proximity to Baytowne Wharf Village - shops & restaurants. Hotel lobby, restaurant & bar areas have pleasant upscale appearance. Early check-in was not a problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was attractive, roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.”

• Great location. Close to restaurants, beach, shopping & resort amenities.
• Did not like that it did offer continental breakfast.

“This hotel is located just far enough away from the hyper-busy heart of Destin but close enough to enjoy the amentities that Destin offers. Shopping, dining, and resort amentities are all within a short drive or walking distance. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Can never go wrong with free Wi-Fi. Very pleasant and comfortable lounge area and the availability of the laundry room made returning home with clean clothes a real treat.”

• I thought the hotel was very nice, clean, and in an excellent location.

“This hotel was very nice with a friendly staff. It is far enough outside of Destin proper that traffic is not terrible. You also get access to the Sandestin resort facilities when you stay here which is wonderful.”

• The hotel was beautiful, new, clean and had a full bar in the lobby.

“The hotel was within 1 minute from Shopping in both directions. It was new, clean and had a full bar in the lobby which my friends & I visited and were able to take the drinks back up to our room while we were getting ready to go out. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was a great find at a good price!”

• Our room had some ants, which was probably caused by the previous residents. Upon leaving I mentioned it to the front desk.

“This hotel was convenient to the beach and a discount shopping mall and within walking distance to some restaurants. By staying at this facility you gained access to a private beach. The facility had a whirlpool and an exercise room. I enjoyed my stay with them.”
