• The staff was nice,
  I got a free upgrade.
• Not much to do within walking distance.

“I can see during the busy times of year the cleanliness and staff might not be up to par. But they are on a beach and sand is every where. The windows overlooking the ocean were dirty. I was on the 14 floor. I enjoyed opening the door even in the rain ti watch and hear the ocean.”

• Power was out due to Nor Easter and the room was dirty. Actually had dead bugs in the corner of the room and the lamp was out.

• Everything was great, we will definitely stay there again.

“The hotel was great; it was my mom, son, boyfriend and I. We were on the 3rd floor ocean view, we could see the ships coming in and out, the beach wasn't crowded they allowed the pets on the beach where we were staying, the rooms were clean and on the second day we were their we were on the balcony and watched the dolphins in the ocean, they were so close that we got picture of them, the staff was friendly, we couldn't have asked for anything more, we loved it and we will be going back to that hotel.”

• north end of beach away from all the noise, but has a free shuttle to take you to all the noise and pick you up

“hotel was excellent!! Friendly too. Restaurant is awsome!! It is at the north end of the beach, not in the middle of all the noise, so you have to take the FREE shuttle to the noise. Great place to stay. Would stay again for sure.”

• It was not too crowded and not too quiet. We enjoyed the atmosphere. Since we were travelling with kids it was nice that they had things for the Kid
• It was not as clean as it could be.

“we enjoyed this hotel because it was beachside and our porch doors opened up to the beach. since we travelled with our children it was easier for them to go to the beach and back. We also have a special needs daughter so this location was ideal for her because of accessibility to the beach. The staff were very friendly. We called for service and the staff came very quickly and solved the problem.”

• The view of the beach was great and the Jacuzzi was romantic at night.
• The TV is out dated and the reception was horrible. Pool had leaves in it.

“The hotel had a great view of the beach. It was very romantic at night. I also enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the exercise room. Parking is free. They should keep the pool a little cleaner, upgrade the TVs to flat screen and get better reception. The ice machines were not working on several floors including my floor. Overall I enjoyed my stay.”

• Nothing.
• Dirty room someone's glasses left beneath the bed skirt on the floor, scum in the tub.

“One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at and am surprised Priceline or whoever contracts for Priceline would have the nerve to rate this hotel a 3-star. It was barely a 2-star, if that! The staff was unfriendly and the room was very unclean and disgusting. It took 3 hours before I could get a shower upon check-in because the staff took that long to come and clean soap scum out the tub. We didn't sleep well and was so ready for the weekend to end as a result of the filthiness. I didn't even want to get between the sheets! How sad!”

• The girl running the register at the restaurant was friendly & helped me get an ocean view room on the second day of our stay.
• The 1st day our view was partial roof/pool bathroom small & no microwave.

“I love that you're close to the beach & away from noise & shops, If you get a room with view on the higher level its very peaceful.”

• Right on the beach and great views!

“Great stay with a great view. It's great for the hotel has it's own private beach. The only downside was it's far from all the attractions. My wife and I enjoyed the room for the beds were comfy and the balcony view was magnificent.”
