• Friendly staff.
• The Cafe served cold food.

“We ate at the Cafe twice, both times for breakfast, both times the food served to us was ice cold! Not even remotely warm! Server never came back to check on us,because we would have sent it back!”

• I Nothing about the hotel was upscale, horrible buffet, much too expensive.
• Out of date televisions, small pool, bathroom wasn't clean, not enough towels, self parking wasn't free and it was under construction; horrible.

“In general I would recommend the Borgata, or Cesars versus any Trump hotel chain, you will receive much more for your money.”

• Smoke-filled lobby, noisy hallways throughout the night, cold staff.

“Smoke-filled lobby, noisy hallways throughout the night, cold staff. Room was okay but considering the stars we expected much more. These issues made a very unpleasant stay.”

• It was clean.
• Too far away from downtown. Should have free shuttle service.

“The room its self was very nice and clean with a great view. The walls on the other hand are extremely too thin. We were woken up in the middle of the night by the guests in the room right next to us. It was hilarious though.”

• Low Casino table prices reflected by location of this property. Housekeeping was friendly.
• Check in time was 5pm. Cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better.
