“Not great location but OK, room was small, very nicely decorated, bath not great (no room for toiletries), great staff.”

“Very friendly staff. We received a complementary upgrade in our room when told we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Parking is limited in down town Key West, very convenient shuttle service that runs every hour to heart of all the attractions. Covered parking and secure elevator made for a safe secure environment. The pool is gorgeous. Can't wait to back for a longer stay.”

“Small room with no amenities. Was clean. Pool was simple (no amenities) and did not have nearly enough seating for all guests trying to use area. Hot tub was only warm (not hot) with poor jets.”

“Beautiful surroundings but beware if you are traveling with a family, there are only small rooms with king sized beds available. Absolutely no exceptions and no roll aways. We had to make a pallet on the floor for the kids!”

“It is a nice hotel - right as you get into Key West while driving from Miami. The small beach and shuttle to downtown were good added benefits. The room was very comfortable. However, the maid service was not up to standards. I would stay there again.”

“The view of the bay is beautiful. Having a full kitchen was really nice for keeping drinks and sandwich goodies. The rooms seem to be well insulated (sound). I can't speak highly enough of our experience.”

“A nicely decorated and clean room; nice bath, also clean. Key West is a wonderful place. This hotel was quiet, and only a short distance from the center of town.”

“Fine pool area with a small beach area as well. Hourly shuttle service to downtown area was well used for us, so we did not take the car at all. All employees were friendly and informative.”

“Key West is not known for public beach access. The Marriott had a small but very nice beach, plus a good-sized swimming pool. Beach towels, comfy chaise lounge chairs, poolside bar/dining available. Excellent covered parking for each building with elevator to your floor. Beautiful bar and restaurant. Access to PC allowed me to check on business and print boarding passes.”

“The rooms are set up poorly for the standard room. These rooms are in the foyer of the attached suite so the occupants in the suite easily make noise while entering their room. The hotel had beautiful grounds.”

“We checked in and the air conditioner was not working fine. Called the front desk and they gave some instructions about how to fix it. It didn’t work and when we called the front desk again, they said that they would send someone to fix it. It took them 2 hours and no one showed up. I had to call them like 3 times and ask them to change our room. No one seems to be able to operate the air conditioner.”

“Beachside Resort is one of the nicest hotels I have ever been to. The hotel itself used to be luxury condos for sale so that is why the rooms are actual luxury apartments with very high end finishes throughout. I am in luxury real estate and know good finishes when I see them and Beachside is like no other hotel. The one bedroom unit we had was easily over 900sqft with 1 full bath and a half bath. The kitchen has top of the line wood cabinetry, double thickness granite counters and very high end appliances. The flooring is all marble throughout and the bathroom has a a marble Jacuzzi tub and marble standing shower. All the fixtures are Kohler and the finshes are exquisite. Our unit had a huge balcony plus a roof top terrace which gave a panoramic view of the hotel and ocean. The pool area is beautiful and there is a small sandy beach right on the water. The only negative thing is that you cannot go in the ocean so it is not like a regular beach. The service was top notch from the moment we arrived and the Tavern N restaurant was very classy. I will recommend this hotel to everyone including my most discerning clients.”
