“Called ahead to request a two bed room and they agreed. I was bringing my daughter on the trip when I arrived they would not give me the two bed room.”

“The hotel is definitely attractive and the staff is friendly. That said, the quality of the decor made me think that it will not wear well. There is no restaurant or room service available. There is a small refrigerator, but no microwave.”

“Amazing place, only about a year old. 48 inch flat screen TV, two work stations per room, HUGE walk-in shower that was amazing, free coffee, free iron, free internet service in the lobby, pool table in the lobby, bar in the lobby, nice food station in the lobby, all around great experience.”

“Exceptional hotel, modern, trendy, elegant all in one package. Very comfortable and luxurious. I enjoyed my stay. Only drawback is the pay for parking.”

“The hotel is definitely not for families but should be more for couples. It is also good for a younger crowd. The music, atmosphere is younger and more festive. The walk in shower was really nice and the room was well soundproofed. Except for the difficulty in getting to the hotel, we would stay there again.”

“Overall, the hotel was pretty decent. We were surprised to learn that though we got a great deal on the room price, we were charged $13 per day for parking! Great atmosphere for couples or adult singles. I doubt that I would bring children there as the lobby is open with a bar scene feeling. They are a typical in that they have a few board games and a pool table in the lounge as well as many comfy places to sit. It was beautiful. The rooms were awesome, but well, if you're used to a sleep number bed, you might get a stiff back from these super soft beds! The group that I was with was pretty happy about the hotel, though we all agreed that as people from a different state, we were bummed that the staff wasn't more helpful with directions and recommendations on transportation and tourist type info. One gal was rude to my husband when he asked for change for a $20 so that we could take public transportation. But well, perhaps she was just having a bad day?”

“Aloft really exceeded my expectations. It incorporated many contemporary elements into the design of the hotel lobby and rooms. The lobby was a very nice area with a nice bar, outdoor courtyard/beer garden/lounge area. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely accommodating. I would go out of my way to stay here again. I would highly recommend it!”

“Good for business travelers not so comfy for people traveling with kids. Parking is $28 for a day where as same lot is managed by another company as well who charge $13 for a day.”

“It's a good representation of the W hotels. There isn't a restaurant but there is a lot of them in walking distance and the rooms have fridges and there's an area in the lobby to heat up your food and they provide condiments, silverware and great coffee. They do sell salads, sandwiches and good snacks. The housekeeping staff was great, the bartender good company and everything was well kept.”

“Okay for young trendy people. The lobby was noisy and the staff were young. The staff was friendly, however not very knowledgeable. The rooms are very small- large TV. There is a glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom, so if someone is in the bathroom the light shines into the bedroom.

“Very funky design(as would be expected of W hotels), modern designed rooms and appliances, quiet rooms, clean and spotless. Friendly staff. 10mins from airport and hotel shuttle picks up every 30 Min's.” Hotel Representatives:
