George from Las Vegas,NV “The first room given had a toilet bowl which had not had a toilet brush in the bottom. Then when flushed, it stopped up. The replacement room was nice, just next door to the other. The 2 front desk women I met were OK.”

“This hotel might have been the worst hotel that I have stayed at. It did not have a pool or hot tub. The room was dirty and the bed was as hard as a board and was extremely uncomfortable.”

“Great location. More for business traveler than family with small children.”

“I would not recommend this hotel and wonder why is graded as a star 2 hotel. It is not cleaned well, last time we were at Extended Stay there was even stains on the bathroom door. The hall and rooms were stuffy and smelled of smoke even though we were in a smoke-free room. The biggest mess was arriving late at night with 8 people when Extended Stay said we could upgrade to four bed and having only two beds available and the hotel full! We had to go across the street and get a hotel room in order to have someplace for everyone to sleep. It was a mess and turned out to be more expensive than if we had gone somewhere else.”

“Hotel was. It was safe and clean enough and very comfortable.”

“When I arrived at the hotel I was pleased that it was close to the freeway, close to many restaurants, clean, and quiet. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful, and the room was also quite spacious and clean. There was a poor channel selection on the television and it was hard to walk into the bathroom and close the door, but other than that I was quite pleased with this facility.”

“Everything would have been fine if we could have arrived dunning normal business hours. For some reason we were able to get into the lobby without a key. This should have been impossible. The hardest task was finding someone to check us in. We had to pound on every door and window in the lobby to find help.”

“In general, I have yet to ever stay at an Extended Stay America hotel that was comfortable. It's equal to a Motel 6 in terms of amenities and comfort, yet they claim it's a 2 star hotel. No way. Holiday Inn Express claims to be a 2.5 star and it lives up to 3+ star standards. If you enjoy a bed that's about as comfortable as laying on the floor, this is a great place to stay.”

“Would recommend this hotel (and Priceline) to my friends for all of their future travel arrangements. Having the kitchenettes are a big plus to our stay.”

“If you are tired and just need a place to lay down and sleep for awhile this would be the place, hotel staff clothes were untucked, wrinkly, and hair a mess. The toilet looked as if it had not seen a maid in years and last time I checked you usually get some shampoo in a room.”

“Great location but just for quick stay - to sleep. Not for children or a place to hang out.”

“It was in a good location near several different restaurants. The rooms were pretty decent. I liked the concept of a small kitchen with a full size fridge for an extended stay. The bathroom was on the small size and the beds were a little to hard for me.”

“Neat and clean. Nothing fancy. Value for the money. In addition to the bed and work table, it had a nice refrigerator and a small kitchen too. Wireless internet was available too. There was no refrigerator or kitchen (very bad for a week's stay). I am not sure if this place came with a laundry. I took this room since I needed a place to crash just for the night and I was a happy customer.” Hotel Representatives:
