• The hotel room made you feel like you were in your own home.

“The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, shopping and the food. The decor was very fun and whimsical. It was great to have a room that looked like it could be in your own home and not the usual stale decor a hotel has. It was awesome!”

• Very clean, staff very helpful, quiet, super bed, no problems!
• Need to make sure housekeeping gives more coffee packs.

“I would stay here again. Everything I read from other good reviews was true. They even gave us a better room because the one we were supposed to have wasn't available. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free computer to use while there. Had printer there too. Small workout room looked nice. Pool was small. I only wish they had continental breakfast, but hey, that wouldn't stop me from staying again! Oh, and if you forget something like shaving cream or whatever, they'll give you some.”

“The location to the Ontario airport is a plus. However I called for a shuttle and 20 minutes later it still had not shown up. Had to call again, was advised to take a taxi and they would pay for it. Wished they would have told me 20 minutes ago. Other than that had a wonderful stay. Would stay there again.”

• Bathroom was filthy .
  

“Uncomfortable furniture. Plastic veneer can't hide this silly look this chain thinks is cool. Bathroom was not cleaned well and the stool in the shower is stupid. Stop catering to the testing phone in hand crowd and grow up.”

• Quiet rooms.
• No bathtubs.

“This is my 2nd stay here. The rooms are very nice and quiet, dark too. Pillows and bedding are very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi is nice too.”

• The location is convenient, close to ONT, the shower was much better than many hotels.

“The Indigo is a relatively new chain from the Holiday Inn family, owned by Intercontinental Hotels. The approach is more artistic and not your Granddad's hotel. This was my first time in one and some things I liked, but some where not what I am used to so I would have to stay a few more times to get comfortable I think. A good hotel, just I am more used to the conventional approach like at a Holiday Inn Express or similar.”

• The room was funky & elegant at the same time. Very comfortable and big rooms.

“The young lady that checked us in was wonderful. very bubbly and helpful. Our stay was made perfect. The bed is very comfortable. Free internet & parking made it even better.”

• Great location for business in Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga.
• Nothing bad to report.

“Hotel Indigo is a boutique property with some interesting design features. Staff was friendly and efficient, not particularly warm, but good. Beds were very comfortable, some problems with door closure, minor. I'd go back.”

• The modern feel of the whole hotel. The bathroom was like a spa! Bed was comfy. Hard wood floors.

• Everything was great! Very clean, new and modern decor! I loved it.
• Front desk/Check-in was kind of slow.

“The (standard) room we were given, we walked in and it had not been cleaned (bed not made, etc.) so we walked right back out and down to the front desk. They were very apologetic and some time later gave us our room, which was executive suite! Very cool!”

• Comfortable bed, great shower arrangement.
• The main light switch entering the room activates a (lightless) ceiling fan. Had to enter the room in the dark.

“Definitely a very nice hotel. A good night rest, very nice bathroom and shower arrangement, friendly staff. The decor and amenities, vibrant colors, wood flooring, contemporary furniture deliver a unique experience, I enjoyed my stay.”
