• Very clean with great amenities. This is a new hotel, and it shows. Free parking.
• Awkward placement of water/ice tray and coffee maker.

“The Hilton Minneapolis Bloomington is a very new and super clean hotel. Beautiful shower stalls, clean tile, and wonderfully soft beds in the room I was in. Digital Cable with a large channel set, including HD is great for those nights in. The poorly named Chophouse Restaurant was great for dessert (didn't try anything else) and had friendly staff. Bloomington is just a highway drive from most of the major attractions, Mall of America, Ikea, Minnesota Zoo and is a great jumping point to anywhere in the Twin Cities.”

• It is nice to stay in an upscale hotel without having to pay so much. Often we are only in our rooms to sleep. Nice to have good beds to sleep in!

“Loved the hotel! Very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were to die for. Your head just sank into them. The restaurant was a little pricey. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.”

• Very attractive rooms and lobby - felt very safe.

“The interior of this hotel was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was roomy. Nice feature to have a night light in the bathroom. Hotel was very close to great shopping and restaurants.”

• Great staff & restaurant value.
• The smoke detector kept me awake by flashing all night. Staff couldn't do anything about it.

“This wasn't the hotel we thought it was - we thought we were going to the airport Hilton. But the staff went to great trouble to please us, and the overall experience was very good. We liked the weekend buffet bargain. One thing I didn't like was the business center required a credit card & did not have clear instructions for use, which meant I wasted part of the 15 minutes free use. The pool was warm & the hot tub jets energetic. Try to avoid the State Fair time slot, when kids are in the pool until closing & traffic outside is at a stand-still.”

• It was in a quiet location.
• No complementary Internet access.

“This hotel is located about fifteen minutes from the Mall of America in a quiet business setting. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the Mall and the Airport. The hotel has a modern appearance and we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. If you have a vehicle, it is an excellent hotel. If you do not have transportation and don't want to go to the Mall of America, it is a bit out of the way.”

• New, clean, extremely friendly and accommodating staff.
• Close to the freeway, not a "leisure traveler" view.

“Great hotel, beautiful rooms and furnishings. Staff was accommodating even at 2 a.m. when I arrived. The clerk was having computer troubles and couldn't give me a key so she had security walk me to my room and let me in. Excellent, excellent customer service.”
