• I heard noise from the rooms next door & the floor above.
• I had no idea they had a pool.

• The rooms with fall view are great, but the room you get if you book with priceline (bidding) are poor!!
• The room had no view, We need to move twice because there was a leek in the room

“We booked this hotel with priceline. The room had no view at all. We had to move two times (first time:floor was wet, second time airco was leeking. Because of the help of a friendly maintenance-man we could move to a nice room with city-view. The people on the frontdesk were not very friendly and by checking out we had to wait for half an hour (it was amazing buzy)”

• The location of this hotel to Niagara Falls was great. We were able to park and walk our entire stay.
• I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. I found a pair of socks behind a chair that did not belong to us.

“The location and friendliness of the staff was excellent. However, I was quite upset to find a pair of socks that did not belong to us behind a chair when we were leaving. I feel the room was not cleaned very well or that would have been found! Also, the view from this room was horrible. We overlooked a maintenance patio. The room also smelled of smoke. This was a huge disappointment for me overall. I have stayed in Sheraton Hotels and this is my worse experience.”

“Parking was 15 dollars a day. It was the same price for public parking. I expected a better deal considering we were staying at the hotel. The elevators were a nightmare with long waits.”

• Location, right at Niagara Falls
• The lower price rooms face an air shaft.

“Hey, it's a Sheraton. The furniture is new, the beds are comfortable, and the service is professional. But the cheaper rooms -- the ones more likely to come through Priceline -- sometimes face an air shaft. And the halls can get sometimes crowded with small armies of fellow tourists travelling with feral children.”

• The location was very centralized.
• The staff was not very helpful. Parking attendants and front desk.

“The room that you received was not what was expected and when you went to upgrade, the price that you had to pay was of no savings compared to other hotels that were offering specials directly from their website. The parking was inconvenient and
they charge you for parking per day. That was not made clear when you made your reservations.”

• Very close to Niagara falls and a good tourist atmosphere.
• Very poor parking arrangements.

“If you are looking for a nice hotel, nothing outstanding, in Niagara Falls, this is a good choice. We enjoyed our stay. It would also be a good place to go in cold weather. Many interesting things are connected and located in adjacent or close buildings.”

• They had a Starbucks onsite.
• No window, No one welcomed us, the room had dirt and scuffs on walls and doors.

“I will not visit this hotel again. No window and poor cable TV is not my idea of a romantic getaway with my partner. Please stay away from The Sheraton On The Falls in Niagara Falls.”

• Friendly staff.
• Terrible view to the outside - concrete! Dark!

“Enjoyed our stay, room was nice but could have been cleaner, furniture was dusty, dirt on a comforter and area of carpet. The view from our window looked onto four concrete walls.”

• Gas fireplace, indoor connections to restaurants and shopping.
• Dirty, noisy.

“The room was not disgusting, but could have used a dusting. Great view. My room was on the second floor, and very noisy until 11:00 PM. All things considered, I would stay there again but would request a room on the 4th floor or higher.”

• The restaurant was very good.
• Charging for using the exercise room.

“The first room I was given was very small and not nice at all. It was so hot that I could not sleep so they gave another room which was at least cooler. First hotel I stayed that charges to use the exercise room. Will not stay there again.”
