“This is one of the nicest places I have stayed in and the price was great. I will be a using priceline and will continue to use it for future trips. I hope that I will have the same pleasant experience that I had this time.”

“The hotel was more contemporary than we prefer, but that is just our personal preference. The staff were very helpful; for example, when the lobby's internet access was malfunctioning we were allowed to use the computer behind the desk.”

“The front desk service at the Hotel Palomar Arlington was inexcusably poor.”

“The staff at this hotel was amazing. Everyone one was pleasant and very helpful until it came to helping us with the room temperature which was so uncomfortable. We were not able to get the room to cool off and there was nothing that could be done about it. We were brought a fan that made so much noise we couldn't even use it . I wish the staff showed more concern for our discomfort.”

“The hotel was very nice. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and quiet. Convenient location, though not much for restaurants in immediate area. I would definitely stay there again.”

“No real complaints, I liked the hotel. I think there could have been little touches that show emphasis on customers. Such as coffee in the rooms, less inflated costs for room service - higher than other places I've traveled to. Otherwise, enjoyable and polite staff.”

“The hotel far exceeded our expectations. We just needed a few nights away from home (we had parents in town to take care of their grandkids for 2 nights!) and it was perfect.”

“The Hotel Palomar Arlington is a beautiful hotel which has an intimate feel and a very friendly and helpful staff. As soon as drive up to the hotel you feel well taken care of by the parking valet and the doorman. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful when we asked about directions into Washington and they accommodated our request to have 2 beds rather than the 1 we were initially given. The room was very nicely decorated with dark wood and orange accents and had a modern feel. The bathroom was also beautiful with a large tub and thick towels. The desk area was equipped with wireless internet and electronic docking stations. The afternoon wine reception and morning coffee is a nice touch and makes the guest feel welcome.”

“This hotel is close to Georgetown and easy to access.”

“We missed the hotel and ended up on the highway which was a little confusing but once we found our way back the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and explained we could pay $30 to valet park or $12 in parking garage next to hotel. The hotel was very nice with a terrace you could walk out on and see Georgetown which was nice because our room looked out at a wall. The restaurant patio was also on the terrace. There was wine I believe for guests available in the early evenings which we did not take advantage of and coffee with all the fixings in the mornings in the lobby before 9:00. You are also near the metro and a short walk over the Potomac to Georgetown which is really neat. I would definitey go back.”

“Clearly service oriented and accommodating. Fairly professional staff. Very clean. Not in an exciting part of town, but near Metro. You can self park if you like.” Hotel Representatives:
