• Te staff was friendly and helpful.
• Our room had trash on the floor (candy wrapers) and there was not a remote for the TV.

“Very nice location for wine country exploring. Friendly staff and a clean hotel. I would stay here again.”

• Friendly staff, brand new facility, in the middle of wine country.
• The bathroom door-the way it was situated to the front door, not a good design & that they charge for their breakfast.

• Near freeway and can hear it from pool area, temperature of pool could be warmer.

• Very clean and pleasant, comfortable beds, charming staff.
• Few bellman carts.

• The room was spacious and very clean.
• I had a tupperware container go missing after maid service.

“The staff at the hotel were very nice upon arrival. Every time we returned or left we were greeted with a smile. Our room had a huge bed and plenty of space. The TV was full of all the channels you could ask for. The bathroom had granite on the sinks and shower - very nice! The hotel was conveniently located to the 101 freeway and downtown Paso Robles. We had a great view and it was very quiet.”

• Management remembered I was running a marathon and asked me how I did.
• I wish I had more time to stay here.

• The hotel was clean and in a good location.
• The heater in the room was very loud when starting and woke us up every time it cycled.

“It was a good location. It was quite even though it was next to the freeway. Access to the internet was complimentary. The room was nicely decorated. The mattress was not very comfortable.”

• The hotel was new and therefor very nice to stay in.
• The front desk clerk at check in was not what I expect at a Courtyard. She offered helpful assistance then did not deliver.

“This hotel is very nice and comfortable. The facilities are what you typically expect at a Courtyard. It is certainly a good place to stay while in Paso.”

• Very comfortable bed, granite in bathroom, full length mirror.
• At 900 pm co8ld hear people clearly in room near ours, quiet though after 10ish and slept well.

“I would love to stay at this hotel again. A very comfortable room for a family of 4. It alos offered a complimentary washer and dryer near lobby which I thought helpful. Heated pool/jacuzzi and nice exercise room.”
