• Very close to the airport which is what we needed.
• Cost for an extra bed and not a lot of restaurants close by.

• It was clean and comfortable, and in a good location.
• The restaurant was not great, with really poor service. Not enough waitresses
  I think.

“I would recommend this hotel, even if not going to the airport. It's only a short drive from downtown and locations of interest and entertainment. The pool was okay, very small, but okay. Rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, not bad at all.”

• Inn is new, clean and well run.
• Attitude for priceliners is hard line. Not very cooperative with extra considerations.

“Maybe it was only the one front desk person. Found him a bit snarly and unwilling to keep me in the same room when I extended my stay, even though it was clear the place would not be full, without paying an extra $30. Left me with an unpleasant after taste.Rest of the staffers were very nice, and easy to work with. It wasn't till the manager said just let him stay in his room that he relented. "Just following rules" was his excuse.”

• I got stuck in a smoking room and they were so full they could not move me. It was terrible as I have asthma.

• Clean and very attractive, nice.
• Set up was a little different. Elevator at one end and most rooms at the other end. No bathtub.

• Nice clean room.
• Room by the elevator was a little noisy. Air freshener smell that irritated my wife's has asthma.

“Great experience. Would have preferred a room down the hall away from elevator. Odor in the room may be pleasant for some people, but it can be irritating for others.”

• Nice property not very well run.
• Management was clueless.

“Front Desk very professional! The restaurant service was awful. Very slow, and every order was wrong(the restaurant manager waited on us, no one to complain to!). Management was awful. The hotel itself is very new and modern. It's a real shame that the staff is clueless.”

• Airport shuttle has excellent service. King bed was wonderful.

• Very easy access to airport and downtown.
• Lack of bathtubs in some of the rooms. Very difficult with children.

“This hotel is very convenient. I have found that staying in the airport vacinity is very accessible to the rest of Salt Lake and much safer than downtown. I would not rate this hotel a 3 star however, 2.5 is more like it. Some of the rooms do not have bathtubs, onlu shower stalls. This is very difficult with a 2 year old. Also the front desk is very accomodating to bed types, etc.”

• Room was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable.

“Newer hotel and rooms are comfortable with working space. Restaurant had a good selection and quality of food was very good. Staff was helpful and friendly.”
