“The hotel met expectations. The rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable and Internet did not work. The carpets in the hallways needed scrubbing. The food was okay and the staff was friendly and responsive.”

• Great location - just outside Disney. Great pool and rooms are perfect! Full kitchen and washer and dryer!

“We were so happy with the Mona Lisa. It is new, clean, friendly and we think the best location you can get. Its right outside of the Disney area, so its way more affordable. It's also right on a main road with any and every kind of shopping and restaurant type you could think of from fast food to fine dining. The pool area is stunning with a fantastic hot tub. The rooms have a full kitchen including fridge, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. Each room also includes a washer and dryer. There is also a living room area with a flat screen TV as well as another flat screen TV in the bedroom, which is a completely separate room. We were without kids this trip, but will return with our kids and specifically seek out the Mona Lisa to stay with them. One thing to note is there is a $12/day resort fee that covers golf, free internet in your room as well as workout facilities. Well worth the $12. We loved it!”

• Loved the spaciousness of the rooms. Modernly furnished and decorated. Kitchen filled with basic necessities.
• No real complaints.

“The Mona Lisa Suite Hotel is conveniently located just minutes from Disney and other major theme parks. It is located in a newly developed section of Kissimee called Celebration. On site dining, fitness facilities and nice pool are available. Lobby was beautifully decorated. Suites spacious and modernly decorated. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.”

• Comfortable beds, large spacious rooms, free transportation to theme parks, free Wi-Fi.
• Construction going on next door, not the fault of the hotel and will come to an end!

• Very clean, well-appointed kitchen, nice pool, friendly and responsive staff.
• Unexpected $12 resort fee per room per day.

• Fitness center at Florida Hospital was excellent. Breakfast offerings were fresh.
• Didnt like paying "resort fee" of 12 dollars

• Hotel seems to be going out of business. Lacks amenities

“Mona Lisa is a "W Hotel" wantabe. The hotel is a misfit for the area. Lacks amenities. Rooms are spacious and clean. Not a practical bathroom. Short on staff. The bartender is also the bus boy and server.”
