• The head waiter is AWESOME and super friendly makes you feel right at home.
• Some of morning staff are unsure how to deal with Priceline customers.

“I really enjoy this hotel, it is definitely a homey feeling. However had some issues trying to check in early (with my 3 yr old son in tow) because the staff could not figure out how to upgrade me to a larger room that was empty.”

• Hot tub was nice and liked a 12 cup coffee pot in room.
• No trash can in pool area.

• The set up and space in the room alone with the comfort of home.
• The only thing I didn't like was I didn't spend as much time in the room as I would have liked.

• Nice staff.
• Hard bed, did not make up room even though the maid was at our door.

“Good Priceline rate. OK breakfast. Nice staff but when we left Saturday morning the maid saw us leave the room for the day, we had our clean the room notice and when we got back late that night nothing had been cleaned.”

• Convenient, and friendly.

“Room was clean, their residence inn provided the amenities such as refrigeration, stove and oven, microwave which helps with business travelers spend less in eating out. You are able to get groceries and prepare your own meal if you wanted to.”

• Spacious room - complementary breakfast.
• Pool closed!

“This is a beautiful, well kept hotel. The parking lot is small but the room was big on comfort and room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though the pool was closed for the winter, they tried to accommodate us next door and that hotel (their pool was not open either. We will look for availability at this hotel when we go to Chico again.”

• Staff was above and beyond.
• Would have preferred a room away from highway.

“Very clean. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Room had a kitchenette which made it very nice to cook own meals- would have preferred an oven but not really necessary for the time spent. Room faced busy highway which was noticeable during the busy time of the day but not during night. Evening appetizers were available- must get there early to get the best selection as many of the guest knew no self constraint and only a limited amount was prepared. Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat!”

• Nothing, there was no cartoons even available ever for children to watch on TV even.
• The doors that slammed constantly at all hours, the staff, and room.

“Plan on your room being completely cold, and they will turn it off if you have it on to come back warm, I was a mother with daughter on trip, and they put me next to the exit door of the entire hotel, that we had to hear until 3 am be opened and slammed, and again began at 5 am, first night was no sleep at all, not to mention whomever was above us slammed and ran through the hotel room until 11:45 pm, and when letting front desk know they said Thanks. Did nothing!”

• The immediate attention at the front desk.

“I was quite pleased with everything, from the location, to the cleanliness. The room was exceptional. Nice comfortable king size bed, full kitchen with cookware, enjoyable breakfast in the morning. I was only saddened that it was a solo business trip. I wish my husband could have enjoyed with me.”

“The hotel was great. Only stayed a couple of nights, but wish I could have stayed longer. Rooms had full kitchens, comfortable beds, and nice living/ working area. Excellent hotel with a excellent staff.”
