• Contemporary, clean, very comfortable beds and spacious rooms, excellent shower, fantastic staff.

“This hotel is a fantastic place to stay. It's contemporary, clean, and comfortable and located on the waterfront directly adjacent to the convention center. The bed was fantastic and the staff was all friendly and professional.”

• Room was ready for check in at 9:00 am.
• No taxis available at 5:00 am. Staff scrambled to locate.

“Front desk staff excellent. Hotel needs to provide adequate concierge staffing for peak periods. Long waiting lines. Beautiful and excellent facility especially for groups. Hotel transportation personnel are not familiar with approximate taxi prices to general areas in Boston. All other aspects of this stay were Excellent.”

• Extremely relaxing room and atmosphere.
• Location is away from attractions besides convention center.

“Great hotel - the room exudes a relaxing feel. Very large rooms. However, parking is expensive (12 minimum for 1 hour or less) and the hotel charges for everything.”

“The hotel was all we expected it to be - clean, good sized rooms, friendly staff. We did not eat in the hotel except for ice cream sundaes from room service which were good but small.”

“Hotel was affordable, comfortable, room was big. We enjoyed our stay there... used the business center, swimming pool/hot tub and exercise room. All were great. Loved that there was a Starbucks in the hotel!”

• Location close to T.

“The rooms were too cold and you couldn't turn off one of the vents. I had to stuff it with a towel. No Kettle was supplied so you could only heat water through the coffee machine. This meant the tea tasted of coffee. No complimentary water was supplied.”

• Hotel was new, sharp looking, close to downtown but in quiet neighborhood.
• Cleanliness of room on arrival was not up to standard for this chain.

“We stayed for a quick tour of Boston. Hotel was nice enough. Room was adequately sized and modern. We called and the service people were up in an instant to fix things. Great customer service.”

“My 12-year old son and I had a very pleasant 3-night stay at the Westin Waterfront. Everyone we encountered were very helpful! The room was very nice and the beds were extremely cozy!”

• Liked the dual shower head, king size bed and friendly staff.
• They call it the Westin Waterfront but it is a half mile from the water.

“Clean nice average sized rooms. Very comfortable king size bed. Great dual head shower. Service was great. Limited water views in distance. Food service at hotel eateries was very good.”

• Beautiful hotel, excellent service, convenient to downtown.
• Parking was too expensive, wrong coffee for room coffee maker.

“The is a beautiful, modern hotel. Although I prefer the ambiance of a more historic building and motif, this hotel was very comfortable, excellent service and very clean. They allowed us to check in three hours early which was very nice after our long drive. It was a great weekend getaway.”

• It was clean and affordable.
• The garage was conveniently full and valet parking was $41.

“The hotel was clean and luxurious although the surrounding area didn't match. Almost an airport hotel. Two choices for food and drink besides the Starbucks and gift shop. The one real turnoff was having no option for parking other than hotel/valet. Pay the parking or pay the taxi, there's not much very close by the hotel.”

  had excellent service.
• Parking was way too expensive.

“This hotel was extremely convenient to the convention center. The rooms were beautiful, beds were very comfortable, staff and service was excellent. Also, we ate in the restaurant which was wonderful. Lots of room in the lobby for lounging made for a wonderful business getaway. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Boston. However, be prepared to pay a fortune to park your car!!! ($40/day.)”
