• Not a thing.

• The treatment staff, all so free internet.
• Pay for in stale phone calls.

• Almost nothing.
• Staff that was falsely friendly looking for tips, charging for overnight parking.

“The staff seems to be constantly looking for tips. They charge an outrageous amount for overnight parking. This is the second time in 3 years that I've stayed at this hotel. I am uncomfortable almost every moment I am there.”

• Location.
• Parking. It costs $18 per night in a garage that is now the street.

“The hotel desk personnel were efficient and friendly. The location is very good. The parking is an additional $18 per day charge in a garage that is down the street. They also warn that if the card is lot, there is an $18 charge to replace it.”

• I loved the cleanliness and the welcome staff.
• Paying for parking.

“The hotel is in a great location. It's room are big and clean. Had a beautiful flat screen, IPod holder, and many other amenities. They also offer an hour late check-out, which was very helpful to us.”

• The lobby area was nice and most of the staff was friendly.
• Housekeeping was horrible. They missed us one day and barely cleaned the second.

“Overall its a nice hotel, but there were a few issues with some receptionists and the housekeeping missed our room. Also, parking seems pretty expensive, and the lot is not very close to the hotel.”

• Great hotel. 1. Everything is just great. 2. Nice design of the hotel theme. 3. Good area.
• If I have to find something to say, I say the pool is not good, but is a 2.5 star hotel. I am actually feeling I am staying in a 3 star hotel.

“I actually think this hotel is 3 stars at least, if not, 3.5 star. I can see some renovation being done, and it was nicely done, the design, TV, bed and everything is just so perfect. I highly recommend you guys to stay in this hotel.
