• Everything was great, location to Federal Hill Restaurants was a bonus.
• Did talk to someone who had to change their room because of early am noise from a number of hockey teams staying there. Did not bother us.

“Perfect! Would have liked a drink in the bar at the hotel but it closed around 11 on a Saturday night.”

• The location is great!
• The ability to hear other travelers within their rooms.

“This used to be a Holiday Inn and they changed to a Hilton. Upgrades were made to spiff it up and increase the star level. I stayed at the Holiday Inn and now the Hilton. There is not a big difference. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant Shula's was overpriced with average food. A waitress never came over, so the bartender placed our order at the table. There is Starbucks below the hotel yet it closed at 2:00 pm on New Years Eve and was closed all day on New Years day. Another decent coffee stores was not available in the immediate area which was disappointing. The water was cold and there were not any towels available.”

• No comp. continental breakfast, no fridge. Parking $20, ice not convenient.

• I loved the rooms, the location, the restaurant and that it had a Starbucks.

• Great location, right next to the convention center.

• Location
• Smell of smoke.

“We were placed on a smoking floor ~ although the room was non-smoking. The hallway smelled strongly of smoke. The vent in the bathroom was just an opening through to the next room - where you could hear peoples conversations. There was a dog barking on the other side. Not a great visit.”

• The staff was wonderful! My best experience ever.
• Food and drinks were pricey! This is not NYC!

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. On the downside, the entry from the garage to the lobby is terrible. The doors are not automatic and the corridor is very narrow so it is a struggle with large pieces of luggage. Once in the lobby there was no information on the city. No maps or info on local attractions.”

• The rooms are large with very luxerious furniture.

“I have stayed in many Hiltons and this hotel is definately among their best. The rooms are very spacious and have lovely furniture and linens. The breakfast buffet contained more than the usual and was of very high quality. The lobby staff was very helpful (see below on tips) and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

• The room was very clean and the staff was helpful.

“Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and the hotel provided Crab tree soap, lotion, and shampoo. The flat screen TV was big and had many good free channels.”

• I like the check in person. She was very nice.
• Hotel was hard to find, pool was small, and they charge for Internet use in business center.

“I think if they had a shuttle go to the train station, a bigger pool, better cable channels, and a free Internet usage in the business center it would be perfect.”

• Beds were very comfortable; location was good.
• Housecleaning staff was extremely loud in hallways for 30 minutes in the afternoon: laughing, talking etc.

“Rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. I felt nickel dime: $10 for internet access; paying for self parking $20 etc.”

• Great, smart staff; clean and bright. Big room, close to dining.
• Parking was expensive.

“Very high quality hotel with an attentive staff and very clean, large rooms. Easy to find and easy to get to colleges and attractions. Very pleasant and enjoyable stay.”

• All the staff were friendly and efficient, but never rushed.
• Little bit of wear and tear on the room, hallways and elevators.

• Small rooms, small bathrooms, proximity of employee smoking area to pool & gym.

• Price, and most comfortable beds I've ever felt.
• Lady at the front desk could have been a little friendlier.

“Great price, free parking and very comfortable beds. Internet was free, but I had to use a cable. Would be nicer if it was WiFi. Overall, a great hotel!”
