• Seemed like just remodeled or new. Nice hotel.
• Tub needed cleaning due to finding hairs in tub that were not mine.

“Very nice hotel and very convenient. Up to date, modern hotel. Probably needs bathroom cleaned a little more and inspected and not just wiped down.”

• The staff were exceptionally professional and surprisingly personable!

“The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was nicely furnished and clean. It was also a decent sized room so we weren't tripping over each other or our stuff. The parking garage is a little tight, but it was a very nice stay. The exercise room is well equipped with cardiac & weight machines as well as free weights.”

• It was a handicap room.

“I liked the hotel chain, the room was clean, but it was a handicap room, and it was in a too congested area right beside USC. Traffic was awful, and the roads were not finished.”

• The parking deck is very tight and top of car did hit bar as driving in. It was too low.

• I really liked the King size bed and the HD Flat Screen TV.
• The breakfast was a little run down when we got there.

“The overall experience of this hotel was really great. It was just what we needed for the night and the room was surprisingly pleasant. I would have liked the quality of breakfast to be a little better and the room was laid out different than I would have thought, not bad just different. But I would definitely stay there again.”

• This hotel was great all around. Free Wifi.
• I did not like the fact that they charge you for parking.

“I was very pleased with this hotel all around. Friendly staff, nice rooms, not too far from some restaurants. My husband ended up having to go to work one morning, me and my 3 year old walked to an I hop not half a mile away. That made it nice. They don't charge you in anyway to use the wi fi, that is nice too.”

• Clean and friendly employees, had a laundry room and exercise room.
• Did not have a hair dryer and there was a charge to park our car in their parking garage.

“The hotel was clean and nice looking. The rooms were too sma! There was not a hair dryer and I have never had to pay for parking my car in a hotel parking garage before.”

  comfortable and lobby was
  beautiful.
• We were charged a ten dollar parking fee which was not disclosed until it was slid under the door.

“The hotel was older but nicely remodeled. Parking was not convenient and cost ten dollars. Noise level was quite high due to guest in the hallway.”
