“We arrived late due to a delayed flight and we couldn't even find 7 up or sprite. Nothing was available to drink or eat. Vending machine was empty of most sodas and the one we got was flat. Front desk was not helpful and bordering rude with no suggestions.”

“Hotel had great staff, clean, and everything as I had anticipated. No surprises. Nice they had a continental breakfast in the morning. Saves a lot of time, especially for the tourist and business traveler.”

“This hotel was not comparable to the other Courtyards we stayed out on our trip. The bathroom was small and dingy. The look of the rooms was outdated compared to the other Courtyards. The only good thing was the complimentary breakfast.”

“Good hotel for traveling - near the airport and had good shuttle support. I would not likely vacation there or go for a long stay but considering quick access to the airport and a helpful staff I would certainly stay in between flights while traveling.”

“This hotel is fine for business travelers arriving at Logan - there's a shuttle that travels whenever you want it - if they have rides or rental cars at their disposal or do not need to get into downtown Boston at all. Parents of arriving college students should just stay away from this place. You can't get to where any of the schools are any way but by car, and then you have to find parking in the city. If you do that, you don't get a sense of Boston as a great city for walking or of its fine public transportation system. Besides this, the pool wasn't working, there was no restaurant on the premises and no place to eat was within walking distance. It's on a highway in a semi-industrial area. There are way better places for almost the same price, closer in!”

“The rooms in this hotel resemble a 4-star hotel. The bedding is superb and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent. We wanted to spend an evening in the Boston Commons, and the people at the desk suggested that we go to the airport on their shuttle and then take the shuttle to the subway station in order to get downtown. Very helpful and it only cost us $8.00 round trip to the Commons. They saved us a $60.00 taxi fare.”

“Our trip to Boston has been my favorite vacation. I have been to LA, NY, Chicago etc. This one topped them all. There is so much to do. This hotel was pretty good. They have a free breakfast, and a free shuttle to and from the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful; especially the shuttle drivers. Overall the hotel looked very nice, and was pretty clean. My wife was upset that the pool was closed, they are currently doing renovations to the hotel. I will still recommend staying here. It is about 10 to 15 minutes away from downtown Boston, and the airport. Just far enough away to get to everything easily, but not have to deal with hearing planes all night.”

“It is not recomended for the business traveler. Very bad location and it should not be cosnidered as part of Logan Airport Hotels. It is located too far away from everything. I complained to Price line customer service about while I was at the Hotel and they very unhelpfull. It is by far one of worst experiences with Price line so far.”

“The hotel was great for our purposes, the breakfast was lovely and the lady in charge does a great job. We would definitely go back to this hotel.”

“When I shop for a hotel on Priceline, I anticipate the info to be accurate. In this case, the hotel pool was closed for weeks (even if it was 90 degrees outside). The access to local transportation, ie subway, train, is very poor and confusing. They might think about providing a shuttle service to the local train/subway sattion.”

“Priceline calls this an Airport Hotel, but I certainly do not. It is way off the beaten path and a traveler without a car would be hard pressed to visit Boston. I have stayed in airport hotels in Boston before, and they all ran free 24-hour shuttles to the T-stop (Boston's Metro) and to the airport. This hotel did not.”

“The hotel was undergoing renovations, but we had a very quiet room and got a good nights sleep. I had a rollaway bed, which could have used an upgrade but the king bed was excellent for my traveling companions. Also, the hotel did not charge me extra for the rollaway, and considering the price I paid for the room they could have easily!”

“A decent, bargain one-night stay close to Boston and Logan Airport. The pool was closed for renovations (in July!!), and it's right alongside a busy highway. Zero ambience, but the staff was helpful, and the free continental breakfast is a great deal for a family.”

“It was about 7 miles from the Boston City center. Easy to get to the city for dinner.”

“At 2pm in the afternoon we waited over an hour for the shuttle. We had planned on placing our things in the room and heading into Boston for the afternoon / night. Upon arriving back at the airport around 10pm we again were told we missed the shuttle and it would be another hour plus before we would be picked up. A nice $30 cab ride later
