“The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. Rooms looked great and were comfortable. Only downside was the parking. The only hotel parking was valet parking for $25. There was plenty of street parking, however, that was free. Pool area was small, but cool looking with big waterfalls falling into the pool.”

“Very please with the hotel and location. The only negative was the parking. There should be an option for free parking or atleast self- parking at discounted rate.”

“A little out of the way from other hotels concerning the convenience of downtown. 25 collar parking fee a night was way too steep. Overall I'd probably stay there again but would park in the lot next door (outside).”

“The staff was nice, the room was a bit outdated, and the TV was not operating properly.”

“The location was GREAT - right in the heart of downtown. Pool area is pathetic – tiny and in plain view of lobby. Parking $25 is expensive too”

“Lobby is austere; almost spartan. Card key access to elevators. Rooms are clean & attractive. 2 thin-client computer workstations in the business center are constantly drop web connections. Every time this occurs, the web browser security application reloads and it's extremely time consuming and frustrating. I will avoid this hotel in the future. The rap metal band playing next door is a sleep-killer. As is the freeway if you're on the east side of the hotel. Foam earplugs available at the front desk. Request some when you check in. You'll need them.”

“A good hotel with a great location in Austin. Staff was friendly. The elevators were a little scary, though.”

“This hotel was great. The check in was fast, friendly and efficient. The room will a small size was comfortable and filled with any thing that we could have needed. It was so close to downtown, we walked only a few blocks to see most of the sights.”
