“Bathroom needs to have wallpaper redone and door to bathroom needs painting.”

• The beds were very comfortable and the room was well equipped.
• The toilet leaked and the bathroom was not wonderful.

“I suspect this hotel is meant to cater for business users, but if you want somewhere to use as a base for leisure stay it is adequate. It is well positioned with easy access to main roads on Long Island. Although it is on a main road and near and airport, it wasn't too noisy. The rooms are large and comfortable and have wireless Internet access.”

• The hotel was dirty. You have to go outside to an entrance other than the main entrance to gain access to your room.

“This hotel is set-up more like a Motel than a Hotel. You have to line the hotel main lobby / entrance, and go outsise to gain access to your room. It is inconvenient because if raining or snowing, you have to expouse yourself to inclement weather.”

• Wireless internet, comfortable bedding/ pillows, bath & body works products, plenty of vanity space.
• Needs renovation, older style TV and furniture, and there were overuse of air deodorizers.

“Hotel had the simple things I needed - internet, comfortable bedding, and was clean. But is in great need of renovation. Furniture, TV, fixtures, etc. needed upgrade.”

• It had an onside restaurant and pleasant rooms.
• No indoor pool and had to go outside to get to lobby was raining one day so was inconvenient.

“It was fine for our visit the purpose of which was to attend a wedding nearby. The hotel suited our purpose for this visit. It was clean and comfortable.”

• Location.
• Not enough channels on the TV.

“In AM staff was chattering in the hall at too loud a volume level. I don't understand why we can't have all the non pay cable channels - it's not like it costs any more.”

• Front desk staff was not friendly (not nasty though) - just there and more concerned with their long hair.

• The staff tried to accommodate all requests.
• Very hard to dins our way around the hotel. Very confusing.

“It was clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly, but there were some repairs to the room that needed to be done. The shower either was cold or lukewarm and some outlets in the room were damaged and unsafe.”

• It is not a 31/2 star hotel - very old and dated.

• New carpet in room. Nice bed and bedding. Convenient business center.

• Older hotel, remodeled. Quiet rooms.
• Housekeeping kept making room too cold below 70.

“Minutes to airport. Convenient to highways. Easy to find shopping, ferrys to FireIsland, nice ride to North fork of LI for vineyards. Many close restaurants. Close to churches. Family friendly neighborhoods.”

• Nothing at all.
• It was not clean, a/c and
  fridge not working. 18 wheelers were running outside.

“We had a smoking room in the rear east corner of the building. Tractor trailers are aloud to park in the rear and run (refrigeration etc.)Our a/c was repaired and still did not run properly. The
fridge never worked. They offered a non smoking room without the assistance to move, I am 100% service connected disabled veteran. This was an 8 day stay out of a 30 day vaction we had loads of stuff. It was N.Y you can't leave everything in the car. The whole stay in general was sub standard at best. We have family in N.Y we would
never use this hotel again.”

• Location, close to airport with shuttle.
• House cleaning no soap..leaving dishes in hallway over 12 hours.

“Location is convenient to airport. Housecleaning was not up to par. Update hotel, yet hallway floors uneven although carpeted.”

• Lack of certain knowledge by staff as well as rooms not being very clean.

• Rooms were comfortable and clean.
• Too noisy, smoking people in non smoking areas, not much done about it.

“Nice enough, staff was friendly but didn't do much to help with noise level, amount of people walking hallways after hours, 9 pm quiet rule didn't abide, people drinking everywhere, smoking everywhere, unpleasant stay, wouldn't stay here again.”
