• Liked the Starbucks in the lobby and concierge services on 6th floor.
• Air conditioning was not automatically on. No fridge in room on 5th floor.

“The hotel was very convenient to Chicago Midway airport. Hotel transportation to and from the airport was good. Rooms were clean.”

• Very clean, convenient, staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Daily parking fees were not mentioned.

“Very convenient to Midway Airport. Hotel is nice, clean and well maintained. Workout facility is better then typical hotel fitness centers. Has a clean pool and hot tub.”

• The bed was fabulous!!

“I booked this hotel at the last minute due to delays in a flight connection from NYC to Louisville, KY. I was exhausted, physically and mentally when I arrived near midnight. The shuttle driver from the airport was great. The staff was super friendly and processed me quickly.”

• It was in a convient location to our airport and the freeway.
• The walls seemed rather thin.

“From the moment we walked in the hotel we loved the place. It was very clean and well decorated. Assistance to get into our room was very fast and efficient. Checking out was just as easy. Our room was excellent for the deal we got through priceline. No major amenities, but it was a very restful and relaxing place. It definitely made our 3 day stay enjoyable. We were in town for a friend's wedding and upon seeing the hotel and rooms they booked for guests we were very glad we not only saved $30, but didn't book in that hotel. The Chicago Marriott Midway was an excellent choice for us and we would stay there again.”

“Located in the most confusing maze of hotels I have ever seen. Once I found it, it was fairly quick and efficient for what I needed (somewhere to crash right before flying out of Midway.) Dependable and good quality.”

• Beautiful and well appointed accommodations. Staff was welcoming and friendly. All in all, a lovely stay!
• It is a bit hard to find, considering there are three other Marriott's in the same complex and it's rather well hidden by them!

“Very nice stay. Was in town for a week visiting my daughter and could not have been happier with the room she booked for me. The staff was very gracious and the room was very comfortable.”

• Starbucks in hotel closed at 6pm instead of 9pm as sign in hallway stated.

• Location and attention to details.

“Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient to Chicago MDW Airport, shuttle on schedule for hotel pick ups and drop offs. Rooms very comfortable. Bathrooms very luxurious. Lobby very inviting. Check in was quick and easy. Overall, a very nice hotel. I was disappointed that I only got to stay one night.”

• They charge for internet use.

“Great hotel if you need to be near Midway Airport. They charge for Internet use, which adds $10day to your cost. Rooms are very nice with plasma TV's.”

• Having to pay for overnight parking.

“Great location, close to Midway! Having a Starbucks in the lobby was a nice convenience. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Only downside was having to pay extra for overnight parking.”

• It caters to families and business travelers. Beautiful hotel and with shuttle service to midway.

“The hotel exceeded my expectations. The location of the hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and 1/2 mile from midway airport. The hotel was beautiful with conveniences that cater to both business, leisure and family travelers.”

• Beautiful, helpful staff, professional appearance, high class.

“We needed to stay on Christmas Eve and found it to be very nice. We got stuck in the parking lot because they had not plowed snow, but the rooms were very nice, the staff was helpful and friendly and professional. There were a lot of travelers stuck there because it was close to the airport and flights were cancelled.”

• Location.
• The bed frame comes out to the edge of the bed and your feet hit when you step close to it.

“Overall, a typical great Marriot but ever hotel that has bed frames like the one in this room make me want to stay somewhere else.”
