“The service here was very helpful on entering the hotel even without an offer to help with my bags. The room itself was beautiful, and the artwork of Lucille Ball and Dezzi Arnez was a nice touch. The room even smelled clean and is most certainly a non-smoking environment! Even though the freeway was very close to the hotel I never heard the traffic and the silence was luxurious. The coffee pot, fridge, and microwave came in handy on an evening when I was exhausted and stayed in. Although I didn't use it there was room service available, a beautiful pool, workout room, and a small waiting area on each floor with overstuffed chairs by elevators. All in all, a very enjoyable stay!”

Rachel from Belton,TX “I was quite disappointed when I found out that my bid got me a room at the Holiday Inn. In the past Holiday Inns were always disappointing and dated. However, this hotel was gorgeous and very modern. I even was given a two room suite! It was not smoking and was not clean. The pool area was lovely. One of the best hotels I have stayed in and I've stayed in hundreds in my lifetime. I am so glad that I stayed in a Holiday Inn now. I have already recommended it to several people. Thank you Priceline for giving me a new perspective toward Holiday Inn!”

“The experience was great from the moment I walked in. The clerk was very friendly and courteous. The King Suit was very spacious and allowed me to work separately in the living area while family enjoyed the bedroom area. The elevators were a little slow, but that was ok.”

“The staff was amazing. When we realized we would have our stepson, we originally asked for a rollaway bed. It was uncomfortable, so I just had to go downstairs and ask to be moved to a double room, and it was done without question in a matter of minutes. Every person at the desk was helpful, it was very clean, fairly nice, and the restaurant was decent. I wouldn't pay the full price for the hotel, but for the priceline price, it was above and beyond what I expected.”

“The Hotel was much nicer than I expected. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was on par with Cracker Barrel and other breakfast places, but i think it should have cost less.”

“First, there was a prior guests clothes left in the dresser and closet. The floor had not been vacuumed (child's toy and paper on the floor). The lock was broken on the door. We brought the clothes to the front desk and talked to the gentleman there. We decided to use the pool. The pool was dirty and there were no towels on the shelves. My husband went to the front desk and asked for towels. 30 minutes later, he had to go ask for towels again. The bar tender at the lounge had no personality at all. He was more interested in hanging out with his friends that came in and drinking while on the clock than serving anyone else that was a paying customer. When we spoke with the manager about the things we were unhappy with on our stay, he told us there was nothing he would do.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. There were not many restaurants close by and you had to drive a ways to get to anything.”

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was way more than I thought it would be. The only thing I didn't like is the ice machine was only on 2 floors.”

“The room had a king-size bed and a little chair. My daughter had to sleep in a chair. The drinks were frozen solid in the vending machine. We couldn't get the temp right in the room because cold air was coming in from the window and there was no heat in the bathroom. It was freezing in there.”

“Everything was excellent. From the over sized king-size bed to the flat panel TV. Wonderful stay.” Hotel Representatives:
