• Very good value.

“This was a great hotel for young families! The room was spotless and had a nice efficiency kitchen. Great for saving on dining! Some of the common areas were a bit dated but still welcoming. The pool area and hot tubs were OK but there were cigarette butts there for 2 days that should have been cleaned up. However, this was a great place to stay. The beach was clean and the location was excellent. You can't beat the This was a great hotel for young families! The room was spotless and had a nice efficiency kitchen. Great for saving on dining! Some of the common areas were a bit dated but still welcoming. The pool area and hot tubs were ok but there were cig butts there for 2 days that should have been cleaned up. However, this was a great place to stay. The beach was clean and the location was excellent. You can't beat the off-season price.”

• Friendly staff. Room was clean and not out dated. Security guard makes rounds at night.

“Had a really good stay overall. Room was much better than I expected considering the price I paid per night. Front counter staff were all friendly and helpful. Pools were clean.”

• The location was right on the beach.
• No continental breakfast offered. Nice restaurant in the hotel though.

“The location was perfect!!! Right on the beach, with access to a lot of local attractions. Our kids loved the deluxe suite. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen worked out great for us.”

• The room was really nice and the view was beautiful.
• The first night we were there it rained and the rain water came under the room door.

• Central located had nice grass area between pool and beach.
• Room was dirty, had hole in bathtub. We had to change room mid way through our trip due to this.

“From the outside the hotel looked nice once we were in our room we found our room to be dirty with patched holes in the walls and doors. The door handle on the balcony was broken, sinks stopped up and linen were missing. Once reported it took over 48 hours for any of this to be addressed then a hole was discovered in the bathtub. At this time we were told we had to change rooms. The second room was nicer with new carpet and paint. All in all would I say here again – no way.”

• All rooms are overlooking the beach.
• Did not allow our babies. 2 clean mini schnauzer dogs.

“Very affordable through priceline. Very helpful staff recommending places to go and to eat. The parking was free and easy to get in and out. The 2 swimming pools and 1 lazy river were really fun. Check in time was at 4, but wish they could have got me in earlier since I've traveled 9 hours and was exhausted, but otherwise they said I could hang out at the pool/beach until check in. The lady that checked me in was checking me in and also doing other things (answering phones, getting toothbrushes for others), which was rude, but understandable since they might had been short staff. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel for others through pricelines prices.”

• Liked the 2 pools, outdoor pool has nice grass lay out area & bar. Hot tubs as well.

• Close to the beach.
• No smoking, extremely loud people.

“The hotel was nice. It was over priced judging by the surrounding hotels with vacancies with same amenities. Front desk clerk was berating an employee on two separate occasions in front of guests. Everything you asked for such as extra towels was an additional cost and there was no smoking rooms available.”

• Very little. Great view.
• General manager was unhelpful when asked about a refund. I payed for three days stay and only stayed for one night.

“Horrible. Stayed on Black Biker weekend. The hotel provided no extra security and allowed guests and non-guest to simply run rampant throughout the hotel. The guests were permitted to smoke
and shoot off fireworks without some much as a peep from management. Horrible, stay. Go somewhere else.”

• The room was neat and clean, everything was in place. The pool water was never cold at all and I will visit again.
• Nothing.

“This is a nice hotel and the rooms has lots of room. The pool area is great and has a relaxing area if don't want to go in the pool.”

• The location was good and the outdoor pool was good. Daytime staff was friendly.
• The room had not been vacuumed for weeks, after 3 days we had to ask for more toilet paper for 6 people.

“If you are OK with unclean rooms, security guards with the IQ of a potato and you can't get extra pillows and blankets, this place is for you! This place is hardly worth the reduced price. We learned our lesson and will go back to the Coral Beach just up the street, it's worth the extra cost!”

• It was right on the beach so you can't really complain about that. It was cheap.
• Clearly it was cheap for a reason. Ever heard of a vacuum cleaner? The bathroom was disgusting.

“The location in nice. But then, so is the location of all the other hotels on the beach. It was cheap, but in this case there was a reason for it. There was a build up of dirt and sand around the edge of the carpet in places that looked like a vacuum cleaner hadn't touched in years. The bed linens were clean and crisp. The TV was really bad. Every other channel was fuzzy and the volume needed adjusting every time you changed it. Only turned the TV on when we went to bed to I didn't really care, but if you are planning on watching TV while there, it could get annoying. The bathroom was disgusting. Truly. The only clean thing in there was the shower curtain. The bottom of the shower was filthy. There were hairs in there that weren't ours. I didn't want to touch anything. I am glad I only booked it for one night as a last minute decision to join some friends. Had I been staying longer, I would have found another hotel. We were only there from 3:30 am until 9:30 am and cannot imagine staying any longer than that. If you are looking for cheap and don't care about the rest. Enjoy. Oh, and the kitchen was no bigger than a minute. Very old, tucked in the hallway as you open the door. We did have a great balcony though. Overlooked the ocean with a couple of chairs. That was nice.”

• I liked the spacious room and the ocean view.
• The tub had a slow drain.

“I had an oceanfront suite. It had 2 double beds in the bedroom, a full kitchen, and a living room with a couch, chair, dining set and pull down bed. It also had a balcony directly facing the ocean. I really enjoyed this room.”

• How many people one room could handle.
• Nothing.

“It was very nice. It was a lot more than I expected. There was a small kitchen, and a living area that had a pull out bed, plus two beds in the bedroom area. Overall it was very nice. They also had two pools, one inside and one out.”
