• We stayed for 3 nights and there was excellent cleaning /maid service between those nights.
• The hotel told me they had a DVD player when I called, but upon arriving, they said they didn't.

“This hotel was very close to Metro station. A CVS with food is also very close. It was a clean hotel. Staff are helpful. This was a great choice for me to stay when I had a Conference to attend. It was $10 for weekend parking & $17 for weekday parking overnight.”

• Nice, new hotel in an up and coming part of town.
• It's slightly difficult at times to get a cab from this location.

“We were definitely pleased with this hotel. It feels very new. The furnishings and bathroom where spacious and appealing. The shower was great! Probably one of the best hotel showers I've ever used. It had one of those curved out shower curtains that always make the shower more spacious, especially if there is more than one person in there.”

• Location of hotel to ballpark.

• Across the street from the metro. Very easy to get to sights in DC.
• No restaurants in immediate vicinity.

“The hotel was good value for an in town hotel. Courteous and polite staff. Room was very clean and new.
They didn't have rooms with double beds so one of us slept on the convertible sofa (ouch). Also, the TV could only be
seen from one side of the bed.”

• The staff! It was clean. Business center.
• Pool was too small; location designation as Cap Hill/Navy Yard misleading. It's Navy Yard.

“Staff was friendly. Clean. Noise not a problem. Business Center had 3 stations but I never had to wait. Pool was disappointing size. The adjacent hot tub was fine.”

• Excellent accommodations, very friendly staff.
• The neighborhood is being renovated so there's a bit of construction going on around the venue.

“The hotel provides the business or leisure traveler with nearly all the comforts of home. The hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful or more pleasant. Hotel parking is underground, so you can leave your car and catch the Metro right across the street. Very safe.”

• The internet connection was not good. It was difficult to connect in the room and the computers in the lobby were terribly slow!

“It was a nice hotel. Rooms were nice. Internet access was a bit spotty. I would appreciate a free breakfast, but it is very close to the Metro and close to the Nationals ball park.”

• Great staffs, self-serve deli, close to metro station.
• No shop with a la carte wine, beer, cocktails.

“This hotel is somewhat out of the way in a neighborhood undergoing renewal, but very accessible to sights of DC. Close to airport. Rooms nicely lay out with designer/ architectural touches. Big flat screen TV. Loud bar near lobby slightly off-putting but fine for socially minded younger folk if not families.”
