“ Enjoyed my stay, but the walls were very thin. Could hear TV and people talking on both sides. Nice rooms, but will probably stay somewhere else next time. ”

• The staff treated us special when found out it was anniversary.

• It was clean and comfortable and it had a pool for the kids.

• I am hoping we got Marriott points and it was cheap.
• It was expensive and valet stunk.

• Staff went out of their way to help!
• You could hear your neighbors next door.

• Nice linen.
• Room AC was broken, staff was unhelpful, parking cost $28.

“I was very unhappy with the hotel, it cost 28$to park, the AC was broken, they wouldn't give me a room key without my husband. They would not let ordered food to be brought up to my room and I had to go to the lobby in my pj's to the lobby. I will not stay at this hotel ever again.”

• Lobby look great.
• The pool was ice cold, and the hot tub was green!

“The hotel was nice, however, I do not like paying $15.00 for a two egg breakfast. The pool looks nice in the photos, but is heated by the sun from 9am-12pm, giving the pool ice cold temperatures, and no way to get a decent tan. If you are here just to sleep, the hotel is great, if you are going to enjoy/relax the hotel amenities, then find another hotel.”

• The bed was comfortable.
• Parking was $31/ day.

“The hotel didn't have free internet (it was $15), so all the people staying there were sitting in the lobby trying to get free WiFi. The parking was a mess. It was ($31/day) or you could try and find a spot on the street. The staff was not nice at all. I called before I arrived saying that I would have an early arrival and when I arrived in New Orleans (at 5 am) they told me they had nothing available and I would have to go to another hotel.”

• Very friendly staff and comfy bed.

“The bed was super comfy and the room was very clean and well designed. The $32/day valet and $15/day Internet prices seemed way overpriced for me, though. For this reason, I probably would not stay at this hotel again.”

• Loved the accommodations & the bed was comfortable!

“Loved our stay at this hotel. Good location, very friendly staff (especially the Valet - he was great), the room was nice, and the bed was the first hotel bed in years that hasn't hurt my back. Overall my experience was great, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in New Orleans.”

• The bed was extremely comfortable with luxurious comforter and the room was spacious.
• Lobby furniture was odd; trying to look "hip" but missed.

“Comfortable bed, spacious room, nice bedding with lots of pillows (some a bit soft, but LOTS of them). Shower OK, soap a bit off-putting since it showed yellow on the white washcloths. Shampoo very nice.”

• Very clean surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but easily accessible to all entertainment.
• Parking is valet and often takes longer than necessary to retrieve vehicle.

“This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. It is far enough away from the traditional bourbon street for your family to feel comfortable but within range of all the activities, such as the aquarium, river-walk, etc.”
