• Fine for short term business travel
• could use a bit more housekkeping in the common areas

• Hotel staff did not want to accommodate a 2 queen bed room, though very little occupancy.

“Staff did not want to give me a 2 bed/queen room despite almost no occupancy. Stated there was a golf tournament in town, which I was part of, and occupancy was full. A total fabrication to say the least. I requested to speak to the manager and finally have resolution. No WiFi access in the rooms!”

• Really liked the pool/courtyard areas.

  little noisy in the corridors late night & early mornings.

“Clean, comfortable motel. It was a very good value for the money I spent. The pool, Jacuzzi & outdoor courtyard areas were very nice. The staff I encountered were friendly & attentive. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if returning to the area.”

• Cleanliness and friendly service at check in. The location was a bit shaky. But nonetheless I was not there for a leisure vacation.

• Pleasantly surprised to find a swimming pool and towels supplied poolside.
• Complimentary breakfast was not free. Should have been. Some people removed screens from patio sliders. Not very attractive.

• It was clean. The workout facilities and pool were nice.

“The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. The room was clean. There is little to no ambiance at this hotel. Nothing unique about the place. The pool and the workout room were clean and pleasant to use. Overall, a good place for business folks. I would not recommend it for vacationers, especially those looking for romance.”

“This hotel was an older hotel they had updated somewhat. I liked that it was located somewhat near some friends we were visiting. The air conditioner worked great and so did the TV. The hair dryer was a plus as well. I wish the room had had a mini fridge and microwave.”

• The hotel's staff initially was pleasant.
• The quality of linens, location (backing up to a strip club), and overall atmosphere was poor.

“This hotel would be ideal for an overnight traveler- serving more as a motel or low class business purposes. However to be categorized as remotely upscale is beyond stretching. To have been searching for West Palm Beach but to find a location 15+ minutes away from the nearest beach was not expected. Overall I would not have recommended this hotel for leisure.

• Heated pool.

“Hotel room was clean, decent size. Pool is heated and comfortable even in January. Jacuzzi/whirlpool was clean, too. Breakfast buffet very affordable especially with kids under 12. Don't wait until the last minute to eat breakfast. Heard rumors that the area was not safe, but saw no evidence for this. We certainly felt safe with the kids at night in the parking lot/hotel area.”

• I love the ease ith which they accomodated their guest. I requested a room with double beds and this was quickly done.
• If the nignt mgr is running the audit on the computer he cannot check out a guest.

• 1st room not so great. Roof construction.

• The granite counter tops and internet.
• The room was terrible.

“The hotel was nice very friendly people who were more than inviting. The room I had however was terrible the walls were messy. There was no refrigerator. The outside and inside of the hotel was beautiful. The bed was soft and I like the fact it also had a couch in it.”
