• The room was clean and bed very comfortable and room temperature nice.
• The high cost of the room phone for long distance calling.

“This hotel was definitely a 3.5 or 4 star hotel. I was very well pleased with the comfortable and clean rooms. I enjoyed the gift shop also. I appreciated the free parking.”

• Free internet in room: excellent room service meal.
• Bed linens thin and scratchy.

“Great location adjacent to the airport. Free Internet in room! Very clean; kind, helpful check-in staff; excellent room service food. Bed linens and bath towels thin and scratchy, but bed was comfortable.”

• The hotel was very plain on the outside, but upon entering, you were immediately taken back. What a beautiful bar area and hall. Staff was excellent.
• Both goggle and yahoo maps did not take have up to date directions. Airport rental car personnel were quite helpful though.

“For being as close to the airport as we were, you heard no highway or airline noise. Beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. Staff was very friendly.”

“The hotel is very nice and conveniently located next to the airport. Nice big rooms. Clean and big lobby. I asked the staff for a room on a high floor after she a room on the first floor but I didn't get a good answer.”

• Nothing.
• Dirty room and very poor service. Slow internet.

“This motel is old and outdated. The room was dirty, the noise of airplanes made sleep impossible, and the high-speed" internet was slower than dial-up. I would not want to stay at this location again.”

• The restaurant and bar area was really nice.
• No movie channels without paying for pay per view.

“I would recommend this hotel, the people were friendly and the overall experience was great. Plenty of room and easy to get in and out. The restaurant and sports bar were nice too.”

• Nice televisions.
• They disturbed us twice, when the do not disturb was up.

“Unfriendly staff, room service was an hour and a half late, no extras, very unspectacular. This hotel was made for walking too. It was a very long distance from our room to the elevators to the lobby.”

• Seems outdated compared to similar star levels in the area.

• The hotel gave us the location and price we needed, and exceeded expectations in amenities provided.
• Mattress was too soft, so I woke up with a sore knee!

“Hotel is worth the trip for both value and service. I stayed here many years ago, and was happy to see that the property has continued its historic high level of quality while other local hotels have not shown the level of investment in upgrades and Customer Service training. I will
definitely stay here again!”
