  like valet parking, this was required but poor.

“The valet parking, which was required, was very poor. There was only 1 poor guy who couldn't keep up and didn't take good care of the car. If you aren't going to have good valet parking then don't have any valet parking. Also, nobody to help with bags at all! I thought the Westin was supposed to specialize in helping business women.”

• Maintenance issues, broken door, etc.

“Clean, simple rooms. nice but expensive restaurant. Nice gym. Nice pool and spa. No frills. Maintenance issues, but attended to quickly. (Broken door in bathroom, clogged toilet)”

• Very clean and very nice.

“Hotel was new and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is in a safe clean location, we walked to I-drive every day to use the bus system. I would not recommend this hotel if you are tourist and want to use the bus system due to the long walk but if you have a car/rent-a-car this is an excellent hotel in a very clean, safe part of Orlando.”

• Staff provided complimentary breakfast in celebration of my wife's birthday.
• $20/day mandatory valet parking fee.

“Hotel is wonderful, clean and beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous and the rooms smell and look new. The bedding is out of this world, overall we were very impressed and satisfied with our stay at the Westin.”

• Have to use valet parking!

“Don't understand why a hotel with that much space around it makes you use valet parking for $18 a night. When you can park your car yourself in the massive parking lot attached to the hotel!”

• This hotel was very new and clean, with heavenly beds.
• The only option for parking was $18 valet parking.

“It is clear that this is a new hotel. It is designed in art deco, so it had very clean lines and simple decor. The staff was friendly. The beds and shower were heavenly, and we thoroughly enjoyed pampering ourselves with the toiletries. The pool area was nice, and we spent some time relaxing in the hot tub. The only thing we did not enjoy is the mandatory charge for valet parking. That being said, we would stay there again.”

• Valet parking. They were good but overworked. The charge for parking needn't be mandatory.

“It's a little quit than others, I've stayed at in same area. It's little way down the strip. Staff was helpful. Room was nice and clean. I like having a balcony.”

• Extremely nice rooms.
• Valet was terrible.

“Everything was perfect except the valet service. It took them 45 minutes to pick up our car and another lady waited longer than we did. It wasn't like there was too many people getting cars either.”
