• It was a Hyatt, speaks for itself in quality.
• Non-smoking room had lingering smell of smoke which was not nice.

• Quiet, spacious room, huge TV, convenient location
• More room between the beds and side wall, more drawer space

“Pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. Added convenience of a small refrigerator. Loved the large TV that was situated so all staying could easily view. Needed extra drawer space. My wife just lived out of her suitcase due to lack of space in dresser drawer”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. The Breakfast bar was always stocked with fruit, sandwiches, etc..the staff was quick to refill items as soon as needed”

• The staff was ready to help with any issue or need.
• Liked the hotel.

“Simple breakfast available, but you are well cared for after that--staff is available efficiently with free concierge services, a limited but satisfactory snack and late night bar menu.”

• Very spacious room, large screen
  TV in room, relaxing.
• Continental breakfast was cramped.

“Although a little far from downtown Pittsburgh there is easy access to major roads and highways to get anywhere. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to any business traveler.”

• Staff was friendly, knowledgeable about area and kind.
• I didn't like the bed pillows.

“Hyatt Place was clean, room was tasefully furnished, loved the big screen TV in the room, Bed was comfortable. The staff made an extra effort to fullfill our needs. A nice hotel with a friendly welcoming staff.”

• Everything, the staff was incredible and the room was even more incredible!!
• Nothing, it was a perfect stay!!

“This hotel is the bomb fantastic in every way. My husband and I were blown away by the elegance and yet the homey feel too! The eatery is awesome and the menu was great! The rooms, it would take me two pages to describe how awesome but the 42" moveable plasma was incredible. We will stay there every time we're in the Pittsburgh area.”

• Room service knocked on the door early and woke me up.

• We have stayed here before and will stay there again in a Hheart Beat.

“It was clean and staff was friendly. Could use some vending machines for in the evening as what is sold downstairs is quite expensive. I was under the impression after so many stays you got a free night but that wasn't offered as they had my name in the computer right;”

• Very close to Turnpike exit and near many restaurants
• Bathroom area - sink area is in open bedroom space. No privacy.
